I love Nektar Juice bar and I’m glad this one is in the Cedar Hill community! The customer service is beyond what I can even say in words. I was excited to try this place. I ordered a large smoothie and an Acai bowl. Once home, I noticed my Acai mixture was not fully blended but worst that that the pineapple on top was spoiled. I took the pineapple off to eat the bowl around the chunks of frozen fruit but then half way through realized that pineapple is blended in it. I hope I don’t get sick. From the price ($27 for the two items and a tip) I expect the fruit to be fresh or to be offered another fresh option as a substitute.

I was so happy to find this place. The juices are fresh and delicious. I had the green apple flush, turmeric shot, an acai fruit bowl, and plus a chia seed pudding fruit parfait Loved the turmeric shot! That green apple flush really works very well. Everything was so yummy. I would recommend friends and family to explore a healthier approach.

Ok so i’ve came to this location several times and usually get the same things. I came back today and tried ordering the same thing, my supercharged bowls with mangoes on top. This employee with red hair, who i have never seen before is now telling me i cant order my bowl with mangoes on top which is kinda silly bc i have been ordering this way for years. We also asked for a water cup and she said they don’t have water. Lol like whattt?? I have always gotten water here. I am spending over 40 dollars here and you’re telling me you don’t give water all of a sudden? This is quite silly. Currently looking for a new location.

I order an acai bowl without the “house made cashew milk” and I got less than 1/3 of the bowl. Anyone who knows acai know that it is not mixed with any type of milk. What I got was an “I’m sorry.”
