The best Mexican food in the area! I have been coming here for years and can always count on friendly service and a delicious meal.
The variety is excellent with many different fillings for tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. This is the only local place I’ve been able to find lengua or pork belly. Lately I’ve been enjoying the pastor tacos, which have a crispy pork filling and great combination of sweet and savory flavor. Definitely worth a visit!

El Sabor Del Tio is a hidden Gem. Everytime I want Mexican food, I go to them first. Their food is noticeably authentic and fresh. My dad and I have been going to them for the last 2 or 3 years now, and still can’t find a better place when in other cities. They have the absolute best breakfast chorizo burrito I’ve ever had so I recommend that if you’re feeling breakfast, but anything you order will be amazing. They are the sweetest family, and very hard working people.

Stopped in for the first time to try their famous but not on the menu Lamb burrito. (You have too ask for it) pretty good. I plan to go back and try other dishes. Note that there’s not much there in the way of tables and chairs so bring your own or plan to eat standing in the lot or in your vehicle.

Tasty taco “truck” in a van – find it in the BMC Millwork parking lot. Al pastor torta was spot on, especially with the delicious salsas to kick up the flavor. The tacos were the star – asada, lengua, and pastor hit the spot. Friendly staff and rockstar service make this place a great find in Issaquah.

I love this place! Its probably my favorite place to eat. I always get a torta and i honestly don’t remember what kind because the first time i went my friend ordered it. The people here remember my face and my order every time I come. Yes, you sit outside on a bench or stand but honestly, I think it adds to the experience. Love these guys. The whole family is great!
