This place sends out promotions to get people in here. They accept snap and EBT and they are serving those customers right in front of me, however, when we want to pay with a debit card, they do not accept that payment?
The advertised promotion that we came in for was not available.
Then the owner who is standing out in the lobby, jumped right in without washing his hands, put on plastic gloves and started trying to make my sandwich.
After that, he jumped on the phone with customer service working on a payment issue …. Then he announced to everybody unless we have cash we cannot get our food, this was after the lady had made the sandwich for my six-year-old daughter who had patiently been waiting…
So they would rather throw away a sandwich, then come up with any other payment system.
We wasted our time and had to go to another place. I do not recommend this place because of the management and the owners. Terrible service, wasting peoples time and wasting food.

I go to Subway at times. I think yours is the best sandwich. Pooka was my server on Sep. 2, 2024. She was very polite, kind, considerate, I just happen to dine there and see how she made many sandwiches for costumers . Very kind and thoughful to all of them. And she kept herself very busy. I will be going there again for another meal. Pete S.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. I come in here almost every week and the gentleman today not only tried to charge me over $5 more for a sandwich I get consistently but he then tried to lie saying he added extra to the sandwich (that I never asked for nor was it on the sandwich). And when stated I wouldn’t be coming back he tried to say all subways charge extra for things people don’t ask for. A basic spicy Italian(not the bmt Italiano) sandwich is not $17 before tax!!! Wasted 30 minutes of my lunch break to only walk out pissed off and with no food. You need better management staff at this location.

This place Discriminates on people with ebt/snap. There’s a sign telling you to let them know you’re paying with snap ahead of time before they make the food, they ring you up but don’t make the sandwich first like they’re supposed to, just ring you up and make you pay right there. But the transaction can’t go through and thier excuse is that “some cards don’t work” but just leave it at that. Dont try to fix the situation, just expects you to accept it and move on. Do not let them know you’re paying with snap ahead of time before they make the food because they will find a way to not take your ebt. Not to mention I’m 23 weeks pregnant and you have what I believe is to be the manger standing right behind me as I’m trying to scan my card. So now I’m hungry and stressed thank you subway

Came on my lunch break to get a sandwich. While I’m ordering one of the employees starts to ask a young lady who came out the restroom if she was going to buy a sandwich then rudely tells her that restrooms are not for the public in the middle of making my sandwich. Very unprofessional , made me feel uneasy about bring my business to a place with such little hospitality for people . I would rather drive miles extra then bring business back here.

To be honest, wasn’t expecting this low quality of service at particularly this subway franchise. The lady there was not good with her customer service at all. While we were thinking to chose from options, she was telling us to think fast, like who even does that?
Not only this they were out of cucumbers or having no cucumber to serve in a sandwich.
Owner needs to take care of it atleast what’s going on.

Do not recommend this location. She tried to overcharge me so I downsized my order to just the sandwich and then she said my card was declined. Tried another card she said declined. no thank you I will not be coming back here the next location I went to there’s no problem with my card. I don’t like to be treated like I’m dumb because I didn’t want to place a large order that I was being overcharged for. Left hungry until I stopped at the next location.

Once again staff that don’t listen to customer and order is incorrect. She asked if that was it I said no told her what else I wanted on my sub and step to pay and she just closed my sandwich up without adding what I asked for and took my money. I shouldn’t have to watch them like a child.
