This is our go to donut shop! The owner is friendly and attentive. If you get in early they have really adorable character donuts that my kids LOVE. Don’t skip on the Vietnamese coffee – its delicious. Service is wonderful every time. It is a little tight inside when it’s busy but they also have a drive thru option. Overall a great, locally owned donut shop.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Donut Factory! I came in for kolaches and donuts, and both were absolutely delicious—fresh, soft, and perfectly sweet. What really stood out was the kindness of the owner. She went out of her way to make my visit special by giving my kids adorable rings and stickers, which made their day! The customer service was top-notch, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back for more sweet treats. Highly recommend!

The food was basic and when I was ordering the lady stopped to go get kolaches out of the oven and took the time to go to the back to get on to an employee for not getting them out sooner. I understand if she was the owner and didn’t want the food to burn, but it was clear that she was scolding the employee in front of me, the only customer. The food tastes like any other donut shop.

Extremely friendly service, highly recommend the Thai tea and Thai coffee!!! Get the spicy boudin kolaches. You can actually tell they’re passionate about what they do!!!!
The only downside they were sold out of blueberry cake donuts and sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwiches by the time I got there so I’ll come back and definitely try them!

The donuts were okay but the croissant breakfast sandwich hit. Vietnamese coffee was also okay. The boudin kolache was amazing. Service was quick and friendly.

Mild boudin kolaches, chocolate doughnut and donut holes, all very good. The kolaches is perfect and the boudin stuffing is definitely a good savory way to start my morning right. I wish there’s more nice, comfy seating area so customers can enjoy their doughnuts and kolalache at the store.

I ordered some custom happy birthday donuts that were super mario themed and omg it came out so good!!! The lady who decorated them were so sweet and amazing staff!!! I wasn’t picky because it was for my son’s party at daycare, so I told her to do whatever she liked. My son loved it and it tasted great!! I’ll be back.
