Korean bbg is a new experience for me. Very different for my wife and myself, but my daughter was already familiar with it. The food was good enough. I didn’t know you pretty much cook your own food, but they help you. They had ribeye steak on the menu but they said that they stopped selling it some time ago. I already expected it to be a li’l pricey, but… it was a li’l pricier than even i expected…$171 including the auto tip of 18%. The menu rules were there to protect themselves. If one person ordered the all you can eat option then everyone had to order it. You couldn’t take food with you at the end either. Neither my wife or daughter wanted the all you can eat option but ended up getting it anyway because some items were only sold on the all you can eat option like the beef steak(not ribeye). They didn’t have fried rice on the all you can eat which was a major turn off. They only had white rice. I paid $13 extra for a serving of fried rice which was about one pint in size. It was good. I’d like to see it on the all-you-can-eat menu if my daughter and I ever go back. My wife already declared it a no-fly zone for herself because they didn’t have the ribeye steak that they advertised and you could only get certain items like the beef steak if you purchased the all-you-can-eat menu. I was overall satisfied with the service until the very end when the check was immediately presented to us for immediate payment once we said we were finished cooking. I thought it would have been placed on the table as we were still eating. That’s a first for me, but not the worst experience I ever had because of it. They do lose points in my book for it, however. I wouldn’t tell anyone not to go here as I said it is a nice experience. It’s just not for me again anytime soon because there is nothing so fantastic about the food or the way the menu was setup that would have me running back for more. As far as all-you-can-eat menus are concerned this is too restrictive. Fogo de Chão is a much better place for the great taste and price. I have no problem paying extra for food. Just make it great and worth the extra price. This was just ok. That means that I have no aversion to returning sometime in the future, but I wouldn’t bet on it unless some things change that I mentioned here.

the absolute best kbbq restaurant in the dmv area!! the meat quality is excellent and all of the side dishes are so good. our favorite is the galbi & samkyupsal~ the owners are so kind and great at grilling the meat! if you’re looking for korean bbq worth the money, definitely try this place out!

My boyfriend made reservations for Valentine’s Day and it was awesome! They had a fixed menu and the amount of food that you got was exceptional and everything was delicious! The staff was so nice and the playlist that they had was perfect for Valentine’s Day! (but not too cheesy and romantic) I also saw groups of people there with just friends so you did have the option to order from their full menu if you didn’t want the Valentine’s Day fixed menu. I highly recommend this if you’re a Korean barbecue fan any day the year!

Located in Canton it’s really nice to have an all you can eat Korean barbecue spot in the city because usually you have to drive out into the county. I stopped in here with a group of six people. We did arrive right when they opened so we were seated right away. I would advise if you’re not comfortable with street parking to come earlier because usually that’s all that’s available. There is no dedicated parking lot for this establishment.
Steak and bone offers two all you can eat options and option be offers everything an option a plus some additional offerings. I would recommend going with option B if you have more people or people in your party that have very specific preferences since it offers more selection. When we went, there was also a bottomless mimosa option for $18.
The food and quality were exceptional, and the steamed egg here comes with some sprinkle of cheese and once melted in with the egg it pairs,
Perfectly ! Their waving soup also is so delicious and very flavorful and pairs nicely with the meat options. Our personal favorite is the brisket and I would highly recommend the brisket here as well. It was a good mix of meat and fatty pieces. The pork belly was a second contender. They do also offer the optional ice cream and is for an extra fee and it’s available on the way out by the door.
Before I finish this review, I have to mention the service . It easily may have been because we were the only group here for a while when we first arrived, but the service was very prompt. The food came out quickly, and even when guests started to arrive the food Pace maintained the whole time. A huge shout out to Kevin because he did great demanding the front of the house the entire time even as guests continued to roll in.

Holy cow, this place is delicious. We had never done Korean bbq before, and our server was so incredibly patient and helped us to choose cuts of meat, as well as giving us guidance about cooking them. The bulgogi in particular was just outstanding. The banchan was excellent, too; I especially loved the japchae (sweet potato noodles). I thought the cost was quite reasonable for the amount of food you get.

Steak N’ Bone is a long-overdue addition to Canton. Until now, if you wanted AUCE Korean BBQ in Baltimore, you were pretty much stuck trekking up to the small Koreatown in North Baltimore or heading out to the county. Having a proper KBBQ option right in the area is heaven sent.
My group of six came in on Saturday fresh off the Baltimore Running Festival for our celebratory post race feast. We arrived right at opening (11 AM) and were seated immediately. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out with great tabletop burners and strong ventilation, no walking out smelling like grilled meat.
We went with the All You Can Eat Option A ($41/person) plus bottomless mimosas and Natty Boh. Option A is perfect if you lean toward classic, non-marinated cuts. After our first order, banchan arrived quickly and was excellent. We confirmed that everything on the banchan, including the kimchi was made in-house and it definitely showed.
Because we were starving, we kept the rounds of meat, mimosas and soju, coming. The standouts were the chadol (beef brisket) and samgyeopsal (thin pork belly). Simple cuts that really highlight meat quality and act as a litmus test for any KBBQ spot. And that’s where Steak N’ Bone impressed us most. AUCE KBBQ spots often get a bad rap for mediocre meats, but everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and 100% worth the price point.
Service was another highlight. Our server Kevin was attentive and understood the assignment by keeping a constant flow of drinks and meat until we had to be rolled out.
Overall, Steak N’ Bone is 100% worth the visit. Great food, great service, excellent value, and a fantastic addition to Canton. If you live in the city, save yourself the drive to Catonsville or Ellicott City. Your new KBBQ spot is right here.

A hidden gem in the heart of Baltimore! Honestly the quality of the meat is superior to anything else I’ve had in the DMV. I also like that they use the flaky salt rather than the typical table salt offered at many places. Kimchi is also made in house and makes a perfect accompaniment.
I recommend the unmarinated kalbi if you prefer more of a beefy flavor as well as the brisket. I’m also a big fan of the pork belly. Service was also attentive and friendly.
Even though it’s in the city street parking is plentiful. Would come back again!

Came back today and had the bibimbap, seafood pancake, and kimchi jjigae. They have dolsot bibimbap, but I asked for the regular bibimbap instead. Everything was absolutely delicious, the portions were generous. The server was also super kind.

Everyone else was having BBQ, so I felt a little awkward taking a table just for a regular meal, but the owner was super kind and welcoming.
Everything was so comforting and delicious.

I’ve been a fan of Steak N’ Bone since it opened in Canton. At first, the stews and sides felt a bit too “Americanized,” which was disappointing, but now everything tastes much better, actually even amazing! The space has a nice vibe with windows, which I like. Their fresh pork belly and Woodae galbi are standouts, and the all-you-can-eat option on weekends is a great deal, plus BYOB.
I went last Sunday for the unlimited lunch, and despite being busy, the server (one guy) was doing his best to keep up. I almost felt bad asking for more meats and onions because he was swamped. The service was a little slower than usual, but he was quick with refills once I asked. Big thanks to him! I’ll definitely be back.

This Korean restaurant was awesome! We did the all-you-can-eat option and it came with so many side dishes—far more than most places—including dumplings, kimchi, and a great variety of meats. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we’ve been hoping to find in our neighborhood. The interior has a fun traditional-meets-modern Korean vibe, which really added to the experience. I went with my friend who is Korean and she recommended it as well, which made me trust it even more. Highly recommend!
