I placed my order on Seamless at 5:37 PM and I didn’t receive it until 7:25 PM. The order tracker declared that my order would be cooked and delivered between original times 6:10 and 6:35 PM. I was incapable of calling the restaurant to inquire about the delay of my food because the number they had posted on Seamless is inoperable. By the time my order arrived, the food was at room temperature. I felt inclined to reheat my food (fried catfish and fried okra) in the microwave which changed the texture and taste of my food. I usually really enjoy my food at House of Seafood Express 2. However, I will less likely order delivery from here again considering the food arrives cold and the delivery fee cost me $7.99 plus $7+ in tips. The food is not THAT great to pay the additional high costs and incapability of calling the restaurant to inquire about the delay. I am really disappointed.

Whelp, they just lost a customer. Called to order 2 crab cakes, was told I would have to use Uber Eats or Grubhub to place an order. Why would I do that and I live 2 blocks away, It takes a good 10 mins for them to cook it. Its way to hot to be standing in someones hot place of business. Mind you the crab cakes are $7 or $8 each. The reason was people order and don’t pick it up. Why would I spend close to $30 for a $14 or $16 order?

Ordered delivery yesterday and the food was soooooooooooooooooo bad. I thought this location would be as good as the express #1. The fish was not fresh. Meat was almost black after frying. Not white at all. Also you could taste nothing but old cooking oil. The Mac and cheese tasted as if a chemical was poured into it. The fries were also not good at all. Not sure if these are franchises because the other location is totally different. Even the way the food was packed I knew something was off.

One of the best seafood places in Harlem located near the corner of 145st and Adam Clayton blvd I love the way they season they seafood the staff was nice and polite including the security lady she indulge in a conversation with me and invited me to a pool party I thought that was very nice of her. the price is reasonable and the service was on time I would recommend you stop by if you in Harlem. Thanks again lexxie for the food I will be back soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered a chicken sandwich,got old chicken wings instead….paid for 3 tartar sauce but only got 2 lol. Everything else I order was what I wanted but was okay not worth what I paid for it. I should have checked the bag before I left. First and last time I will forget to check.
