What I ordered:
6 inch turkey sub on Italian herb and cheese with provolone, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, green pepper, peppercorn ranch and roasted garlic aioli.

What I got:
4 inches of nothing.
I was thinking about this sandwich all day and this was such a slap in the face. It’s $8 for a sandwich and what I got was so sad it wouldn’t have fed a 5 year old! I understand it was 45 minutes before they closed and maybe they were just done for the day but don’t take it out on my sandwich! I called and was (nicely, I give her credit) told to call back in the morning. I’m so disappointed TACO BELL WOULD NEVER DO THIS TO ME

My recent visit to Subway was what I’d describe as a standard experience. The cashier seemed a bit distant, not overly friendly but efficient enough in taking my order. The restaurant, while moderately clean, didn’t particularly stand out in terms of its cleanliness but was acceptable for a quick meal.

If we could give a zero for our experience this evening, we would. The server was hard to understand One of the grinders was asked to be toasted once before adding the turkey and again after adding turkey and cheese it never got toasted at all Felt like it had half the turkey it was supposed to have and there was no extra cheese We had also ordered a meatball grinder that looks like it was made for a child. There was so a few meatballs on it. We will not be returning to the subway what a shame Also, for these two crappy grinders, we paid over $26 That is atrocious and this particular subway offers no deals no rewards no nothing They should be vetoed out

The worker at the counter asked for the name on the order while finishing our subs. Looked us in the eye as they put the subs in one bag, then took them out and put them in ours. I should’ve checked the order before leaving, because of course they gave us the wrong order. The subs they gave us were also so sloppily made. Bad experience, makes me never want to go back.

The food was good, not the best. Place seemed pretty clean. My problem was I ordered a flat bread..the one guy made asked if I wanted toasted we said lightly ( before putting anything on it) The other guy made the other flat bread ( with ham and cheese) He didn’t ask if we wanted it toasted. Took the liberty to toast with ham and cheese, so it was basically was a melt. ( This was for my 7 year old.) When I told the guy my son wouldn’t eat it like that, he pretty much argued with me that all flat breads need to be toasted. Well, they don’t need to be! Also, I didn’t want to make it a melt. He should have toasted it before putting the food on it. Needless to say, I paid 50 for 4 subs, and my 7 year old refused to eat his! I don’t believe customers are always right as I work in service also. But to argue with me over how my 7 year old will eat his food. No! This guy had me so mad, and if my other son age 10 wasn’t with me, I would have told him about himself.

I’ve been going to this subway for over 20 years. I placed a $36 and change order for 3 sandwiches. I received my receipt and then notice my order was ready. When my husband and I went into the store the rude, abrasive redhead behind the counter barked how do you want to pay for this, you can pay for your chips and sandwiches together if you want. I said I already paid for the sandwiches, I just want to… Redhead barks I’m not letting you walk out of here with 3 sandwiches with all the extras without paying. Still confused I started to seek clarification at which she called her boss regarding the confrontational customer, her full blown attitude for all to see… my order was canceled, my payment on hold, just all very nasty. Her boss had sent her a screen shot, my payment canceled. Meanwhile, my bank account was frozen by the transaction, so no sandwiches for my family. I understand things happen, I work in customer service too. The difference is I don’t attack customers for misunderstandings and she was just awful. I won’t go there again, I just walked out, I had no other options. My sandwiches thrown in the trash happily by this nasty individual. I’m just one person, we are just one family but I’ve not had anyone drive home the insignificance of us the way she and her boss did today.
