We eat here all the time and the food is amazing! The ingredients are fresh and high quality. Some of my favorites are the trifecta platter, biscuits and preserves, avocado toast, and breakfast tacos. The service is top notch and efficient. We go to the one in Norton Commons and I’ve been to the one in Holiday Manor. Both are great!

We stopped in for breakfast and were very pleasantly surprised by the choices offered. The service was great, and we definitely were not disappointed with the food. The salads come with pickled onions, which I am not a fan of pickled anything. I did take a small taste and, I tell you, I could have eaten a large bowl of their salad! If you are ever in the area, do yourself and your taste buds a favor and stop in. Don’t be afraid to step out of your normal and try something different!

I would love to try everything on the menu but the huevos rancheros are so good I keep coming back to it. Tip: get a spoon for the delicious sauce. I love coming here because it is different than the breakfast I would make at home.

I got the Drunken Burrito and Carne Asada tacos with an Espresso Martini and the holiday themed Ginger Cookie Horchata.
While my food was pretty good, everyone else I was with was disappointed in their food and drinks. The drinks were mostly ice and not very strong for a $9 price tag. The food was bland and the cheese in the omelet wasn’t even melted.
The restaurant was also understaffed for Sunday brunch and it took a long time to get our orders. No one cleared our tables and any time we needed something we had to flag someone down.
Overall, I liked the food I picked but it’s hard to overlook the rest of the experience.

It is a rarified thing for me to give any business 5 Stars, across the board, in every category…Especially a restaurant.
But after my first meal experience at Con Huevos in Norton Commons, that’s Exactly what I’m doing with my integrity intact!!
The bright, open, airy space with art-filled walls greets you with warm, bright lighting and smiling staff. The service was immediate and thorough and so welcoming that I physically smiled about it as our server took our orders back to the kitchen.
I ordered from the Chef’s Specials menu and the food came back piping hot, absolutely perfectly cooked over easy eggs, which is no small thing, and plated artistically for my visual pleasure. But then, the flavors…wow. everything was exactly the way I was hoping it would be, and my taste buds emphatically agreed!
I could keep going with things like my coffee cup was continously filled without me needing to search for my server, the lighting helped me continue waking up and the murals kept my eyes busy finding all the new fun images in every corner of the space.
If you love breakfast and bright energizing environments with exceptionally prepared food, then Con Huevos should be at the top of your ‘Must Try Soon’ list!

I popped in for a quick breakfast before golf today. Service was prompt and efficient and my waitress was a happy soul with a warm vibe. The huevos rancheros I ordered was arguably the most basic version of this dish I’ve had. It was tasty and plated in an appealing way. I’d prefer that dish to be slightly more complex….perhaps some tomatoes or pico de gallo? But it was a great meal. My bacon was crispy and tasty. A cup of lawsuit-hot coffee needed time to cool off but I also had OJ and a glass of water. Wonderful meal and solid service.

Great place, patio is do peacefull. Family friendly the coffee is amazing specially I order the hot horchata latte. The servers help you to have the plate as you want to. I recommend the chilaquiles with red salsa and stake. I’m addicted to them
