i’m sorry but to pay 30 dollars for two sandwiches and there’s only one piece of chicken they skimp on everything i haven’t seen a skinnier hero in my life there’s way better places that will actually fill up the hero for this price . doesn’t even taste amazing either. this is the extent of the meat given in an italian hero … terrible

I walked in and asked if he could make me two fried eggs on a bagel and he said, “No” and mumbled under his breath then I asked if he had any egg salad and he said, “No” and sorta chuckled. I just stood there waiting for him to ask if he could get me something else and he didn’t so I started to walk out expecting him to call out to me and say, “Sorry, please come back again” or something. He said nothing. I went around the corner to Dcano’s on Main st, asked if he could make me two friend eggs on a bagel, “What else would you like on that?” He asked. That’s how you treat customers. I’ll never go back to MY Hero.

Went to My Hero after reading reviews and they had 4.5 stars. Ordered 3 sandwiches. All three were very dry. Chicken club-chicken way over cooked. Basically inedible.

Whenever I need a pick me up with a good sandwich My hero never misses. I have been coming here since I was really little and the sandwiches are still as fantastic. So happy they are opened on Tuesdays now absolute game changer for my lunches!

Small family owned deli filled with NY Yankee pictures. Has 3 tables to sit and eat at. Exceptional service, entire staff is great.
The chef Joe makes incredible egg sandwiches every time. My husband loves crispy bacon in the sandwiches and they always deliver on this request. Lunch sandwiches are freshly made to order. The also do catering. Highly recommend stopping by. They are closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

I didn’t eat here and I don’t have to give it 1 star. As is very clear in the picture, whomever is working behind the counter missed the day of training where they covered cross contamination. There should never be a time where you have meat unwrapped sitting naked on metal shelving, That’s not even touching on the risk of bacteria.

Been ordering lunch sandwiches from them a lot lately and they’ve been delicious. They catered a party for us with two hero trays and it was excellent! Just tried breakfast sandwiches and they were really good as well – plus great prices. We are very happy to have them close by!

WOW!! Outstanding Family-run business. Great tasting sandwiches (Heros). The cold cuts, cheeses and all ingredients are always fresh, GREAT variety of fresh breads, and they have the BEST coleslaw around. You will enjoy it, Breakfast or Lunch.

Had to give at least one star to be able to leave a review. Ordered 61.00 worth of food for office lunch today. We haven’t made it through the afternoon and 3 staff are sick from it so far. Chicken cutlet was dry and old tasting … Italian hero- let’s just say nope ! They literally splashed a drop of dressing, tomato wasn’t even ripe had no color to it..and the meats looked like the packaged Aldi lunch meats. Egg sandwich was a joke. All sodas were warm except for the one they charged us for and did not put in the order I’m assuming that was the cold one left in fridge .Needless to say We will not be ordering from them again .
