Out of the kfc’s I’ve visited in my area. This is the best one. Drive through people are nice and respectful. My food is always good . Drive through time is good as well. I haven’t had any problems with an any of my visits here. Keep up the good work ! Thank you

Got a famous bowl today. It was absolutely disgusting. Most of the chicken tasted like it wasn’t even cooked all the way. I just threw it out and wasting my money because I was far down the street when I opened it. Not to mention the person at the register was ridiculously rude and you cannot sit in and dine here because there are no tables or chairs. Have some respect for your customers. I promise you if I get sick from a little bit of chicken, I ate I will be pursuing litigation, I promise. Not to mention when I called back into complaint, the employee just laughed in my face and hung up the phone.

I came through the drive through ordered and I was the only car. The girls who worked at night made me pull back behind the yellow structure so I couldn’t see what they were doing. The food tasted disgusting…..the piece I bite off. The food was dry and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. So I’m taking this as a sign to no longer eat a kfc. Unfortunately your food is disgusting and I shouldn’t be eating it anyway. I think it’s suspicious to tell the customer to move away from the window so you can’t watch them prepare your food.

I placed an order online for a special deal, 3pc, two sides, and a drink for $9. It was ready in 10 minutes. When I got there, the team was busy so I had to wait a minute, once the representative got my order I got home only to realize my meal was incomplete, and once I started to eat the chicken it was slightly undercooked. The thighs were gummy with too much fat and the appearance was nasty-looking, unclean, and slimy. Now, I realize that I have a thing about meat not being washed properly and blood not being cleaned out of the area but this didn’t look to have been cleaned at all. I spoke with a representative who took my complaint and said she would pass it on to the manager Quan. I rarely have an issue with this location but there is always a first time. I’m not sure if I want to try this location again or if I have ever tried the thighs meat! I picked around to eat the meat that was cooked. Attached is a picture of one of the thigh meat I picked around.

Need I say more? Bread was stale on both sandwiches around the edge, dry chicken, a couple drops of sauce. Waste of money.

I am a DoorDash driver and was sitting in The parking lot today and I accepted an offer walked in within a minute or two they informed me that the order had already been picked up and this was a high dollar order probably over $50 so it’s confirmed they’re stealing the food and selling it out the back door Good luck to the business owner.
