This Subway is the cleanest and most professional one I’ve ever visited. Every staff member I’ve met has been friendly, personable, and always smiling. I’m greeted as soon as I walk in and thanked when I leave. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days, and I always walk out in a better mood because of the interaction and their kindness. On top of that, the sandwiches are consistently fresher than those at any other I’ve been to. This location has truly set the bar for what a great Subway experience should be.

I had a Break Down with my 5th wheel RV right in front of the Sub Shop, and while we were working on the repair, one of the Employees Decided to Come out to the Road and offer us a couple of Subs. That was a very nice and Very appreciated Gesture… I will definitely visit this location and give them my Business. THANK YOU!

Worst experience here yet! Ordered dinner July 31 7:45. Picked it up and neither were correct! I got a chicken with MVP, Baja and hot honey. What did I get? Mayonnaise honey mustard and Baja, absolutely disgusting! And on top of that the bread was so mangled it wouldn’t even close. Also wasn’t cut, probably because it would’ve fallen apart! Never ordering here again. I’ll also be calling the manager to discuss this as their employees obviously don’t care. Last time I’m tipping for this kind of service.

In a small town (Wabasha, Minnesota) on the Mississippi, Subway provides an opportunity to find the elusive salad. While companies like McDonald’s increase their greasy selections, this fast food establishment continues to have salads. My suggestion is to split one between 2 adults. If there is a small child they can even share it too. Add some soup and now your meal becomes hot and wholesome.

So, enjoy a trip along the majestic Mississippi and a healthy meal.

People need to know that Subway is a franchise. And a franchise is only as good as their employees. The people here are great. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to other subways with horrible service. This Subway is great. The employees work hard to complete your order efficiently and also work hard to create perfect sandwiches. By that, I mean they don’t just throw a pile of black olives on the middle part of your sandwich and call it good. They spread out the ingredients well. That goes a long way.

Multiple times for pickup orders employees say nothing about not having certain ingredients or toppings for the sandwich, or just forgetting them all together. None of the employees seem to know how to issue a refund back onto someones card. Everyone needs much better training and attention to detail. Would not recommend ordering online for pick-up or door dash from this location.

This is a nice, quaint little Subway! The food was really fresh and tasted great! The staff made the sandwiches really well, the ingredients seemed to be of really high quality, and the service was great! Staff was very friendly, and they even accommodated a few glitches the register having by giving me and my friend a free cookie! I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend this location. It’s kinda small, but that’s not bad! Feels like a friendly, little local restaurant!!! Oh, and there’s outside tables!!!

P.S. Not sure where Adam Wozeny was when he wrote his review!! They don’t serve dragon fruit here, and his picture looks like he was somewhere exotic!!!

I was quoted 1:00 PM
I show up at 12:58 PM
1:00 PM The website claims the order is done
I see one sandwich of ours sitting in the back
Any customer that walks in gets sandwiches ordered, prepared and they’re out the door in five minutes.
1:14 PM I made my presence known again
1:22 PM, a customer walks in saying their online order is supposedly ready. I’ve got bad news for you lady….
1:25 PM I’m standing in this subway watching sandwiches and salads being made for others while my order slowly gets sandwiches made (4 of them total). Customers are coming and going.
1:26 PM I finally left with my sandwiches

This is not a gripe with the employees, this is an issue with corporate. Online orders need to be treated as in person as soon as the clock hits the quoted time. Stop the line, make the sandwiches. Management, hire more staff for sunny summer days. We are a river town, the lunch rush is a great opportunity to train staff on the register.

By placing an online order you are volunteering to hang around until the lobby is emptied.
