The food was just like I remembered from my childhood. I really enjoyed the blast of nostalgia. Service was amazing!!!! The one lady doing drive thru and front counter was professional and courtesy even though she was super busy. 5 stars for sure I will be visiting again when I’m in town.

I ordered the chicken planks and they couldn’t have been better if they tried. Very delicious basket of food the hushpuppies were nice and crispy on the outside, and light and soft on the inside. Fries were very good and crispy. And I ordered a side of Mac and cheese from the KFC menu and they threw it on there no problem. Overall a perfect experience. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back. 5 stars.

My wife and I have LongJohn Silvers a try after several years. It was a big mistake. The fish and chicken seemed to be triple battered. There was much more breading than fish and chicken plus the portions are very small. Cocktail and Tartar sauce was horrible.

I picked up all my change and one dollar which was bearly going to be enough for one peice of fish . I put my last 20 in gas and shot a rod out the block 30 min later
The kindness this women showed me broke me into tears . I had to step away cause dam the water works were flowing. I wanted to hug her but I thought it would be better not to. Wow she saw the pain in my eyes and didn’t ask just choose to help. Kindness doesn’t come my way often. I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR THAT GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. I AM IN DEBT TO YOUR KINDNESS.

The lady at the drive thru is quick to charge you and ask you to park but no one is coming with your food.

Drive thru… Ordered fish and shrimp and they forgot the fish. I thought I’d try LJS again after 8 years, and I regret it. Tiny shrimp, under cooked hush puppies, and I’m extremely disappointed.

This is my first time in Long John Silver’s in quite a while, and unfortunately the combination of LJS, KFC, and a convenience store wasn’t what we’d hoped for. We also noticed that the menu was considerably shorter than it had been the last time we went to a Long John Silver’s. The food itself wasn’t bad but I doubt we will go back there anytime soon

I got my order and just insisted that I ordered 2 PC fish basket. When I received 2pc chicken I fussed at the manager or the lady taking orders. She was firm but polite and gave me the fish basket without attitude. I was treated more than fair. Service appreciated. I probably did say chicken and meant to say fish. Awesome job! I wish I would’ve gotten her name but it was 7/3/25 at approx 8:30pm. Give that woman a raise please. Thank you!

Walked into their lobby around 8:30 for some LJS, the guy at the counter told me they were filtering and would be a 40 minute wait. I tried to get kfc, he said it would be 30 minutes. I expressed my disappointment but said I’d come back. I return at 9:30 and ask for some food only to be told they’re closed. It was very obvious they started to preclose over an hour early and were hoping the wait time would deter me from ordering and when I returned they didn’t want to help me or care about the fact that they told me to drive back knowing full well I wasn’t going to get any service. I wasn’t going to leave empty handed so I asked what they could offer, he said three pieces of fish and some hush puppies. These things tasted old, ridiculously old. I’m certain they fry up some items and sit on them for the last hour, or two, in case orders come in while they close up shop. I also work in food and I understand wanting to get a head start and being tired after a long day but this was pathetic. None of these people deserve to be in this industry, they were apathetic, rude, lazy, and just don’t care. That whole experience has put me off LJS entirely
