Very good food served by very nice folks. This was my first time to eat here. I will have to come back to try some more menu items. All 5 of the folks I was with had the same great experience. You do have to be watching for this place if you have never been. I drove by the first time and had to turn around.

Eating here was one of the highlights of our trip. A truly special find, with delicious home cooked food and even better service. You can tell these recipes have been prepared for decades, and will probably remind you of your own mother’s or grandmother’s cooking.

It was ok some of my food was cold and some was fresh. I was not overly impressed as the others. The mac and cheese was not homemade, more like box Kraft. It was just not what I was expecting. The people were nice tho…but sorry but I wont be back.

Mrs .Faye,and ALL her staff, are the epitome of southern hospitality.This hometown gem, has soul food ,for anyone’s appetite,but also for the heart!!I’ve NEVER walked out of here without a smile on my face.I enjoy talking with people here ,not to mention.,The food is delicious. Mrs.Faye has everything,from hot wings,greens, bbq ,and burgers ,to daily country home cooking specials. Her fried & boiled chitterling plates ,and liver and onions ,bring most people there ,but dont miss out the selection of pies (the coconut and peanut butter are mouthwatering ,to say the least!They always have a spotless restaurant,and high health scores.If you’ve never been there ,stop by ,your tastebuds wont be disappointed!!
