ABSOLUTELY NOT! This is disgusting! There was a glove in my drink?! This is so unsanitary! I’ve had a lot of patience with them and this crosses the line. When I addressed this the response was “I didnt make the drink”. The drink came from here so I expect something done. I’m never going here anymore and I hope this kiosk gets shut down. Ive seen the employees wear open toe shoes around food, wipe sweat off of their face with their face, touch their phones… where are they washing their hands? Taking a sip of my drink and later finding out there is a glove (used or clean who knows and quite frankly doesn’t matter) in my drink is foul. I contacted customer service and I’m still waiting for a response? I can’t express how disgusting this is. This dunkin kiosk is an absolute joke.

I’ve visited this Dunkin several times and the service is consistently very slow, likely due to being short-staffed. Orders often arrive late and there is little communication from staff about delays. I hope management improves staffing and customer service so the experience gets better.

This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous for a simple coffee order. There is no excuse for standing around forever at a “fast” coffee shop. It was painfully obvious they are severely understaffed, and the employees looked completely overwhelmed. Management seriously needs to get it together because this is unacceptable, especially during peak hours.
To make things even worse, the employee at the counter couldn’t properly understand basic English, which led to my order being completely messed up and delayed even further. When customers have to repeat themselves multiple times and still get the wrong order, that’s a major problem. The lack of staffing and proper training made this an incredibly frustrating experience. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I don’t know how a place that literally sells coffee and donuts manages to mess up the same simple order every single time. Wrong sandwich, missing items, flavors I didn’t ask for—at this point it feels intentional. I repeat my order clearly, somehow it still comes out wrong.
The most frustrating part is that it’s never just a small mistake. It’s enough to ruin the whole order and waste my money and time. I shouldn’t have to double-check everything or go back inside every visit just to get what I paid for.
The worst service, the owner needs to change the staff.

This is hands down the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The service is absolutely terrible—employees clearly don’t care about customers at all. The place is filthy, with zero attention to cleanliness. I ordered a Dunkalatte and it tasted nothing but sugar syrup. Completely unacceptable. Never coming back.

Because of this locations size, they don’t carry everything that a typical DD restaurant might carry. For example, I’ve been unable to order a sandwich with Ciabatta bread or the vanilla bean coolatta. It can be very busy in the mornings from the mall staff so be prepared to wait. I also recommend checking your order before walking away. I’ve received completely wrong orders several times but the staff is always super nice about it and makes it right.
