Order taker was all alone doing the best he could working front section all alone. Plus it took forever for me to get my order the area was not as clean as usual. Im used to them having several order takers and cleanliness and smiles. He was as kind as he could be working under stress and continuos customers returning with orders. They need to get him and possibly the cooks some help. My fries are usual hot to eat they were like warm. My nuggets were a little too brown. My lemonade was too tart and had very little ice. I did not bother him he stayed busy. This is a first after years of great service. No smiles or greeting coming in.

Food is good but there are alot of cons for this location. They always forget to give a spoon when we get our parfait. If going thru drive thru it can be heavily backed up onto the road. Inside is very small and gets very crowded and extremely loud. If you are an introvert this place is Hell. Staff here has not been so friendly. I now just go a bit further down the road to dogwood (they never forget the spoons and are much more friendly)

Well, this was my first BAD Chick-fil-a experience ever. I have eaten at CFA since the 1980s and have no issues with the other 2 locations in Rankin County but tonight after leaving a Christmas light display we stopped in because my granddaughter wanted CFA. My adult son ordered on his app from the table. Our ice cream came out first which was a first. Then a few minutes later our food was delivered. They did not mention they would be back with drinks asap but we just thought surely… when the food was 1/2 eaten already- I went up to the counter to get our drinks with the receipt in our hand from the “tag” CFA puts on the tray listing all items paid for. The counter area was not busy and we only ordered 2 drinks but I was told by the young lady running the register that someone would bring them out soon. I went back and sat down – I witnessed others getting refills easily but we could not walk up and get ours?? Weird situation and vibe. After our food was 75% gone I went back up and asked the same young lady again- she then proceeded to get a real bad look on her face and kept that look while she fixed the 2 drinks- this time I stayed at the counter to get the drinks. I told her after getting the drinks- I hope you are not mad at us? we just need our drinks… at first I thought her facial expressions were directed at other employees that “should” be fixing the drinks?? but I think it was directed at me? After taking the drinks back to the table – I looked for a manager – and someone with a Director tag walked up and talked with me. I just told him what happened and I had never experienced that at ANY CFA ever until today. It was a shock! She did not apologize for their breakdown of service/ and did not say their standard line of “it’s my pleasure” for sure … It was like I was at the worst Burger King instead of a CFA… just a wow moment!! I hope the head manager and owner watch the videos from tonight if the counter area has cameras- zoom in on her face. It seemed to be a job she hates?! Maybe she is assigned the register and drink refills only?? She did NOT want to fix one adult size drink and one kids drink for us, for sure!! Not fun times at CFA Lakeland Drive- Flowood MS 39232- it is the newest CFA in Rankin County and the worst by far. For owner and manager reference – we ordered on the app at the table at 608pm … watch the front counter videos for 30 minutes or so after that- terrible customer service. ZERO stars
Follow up- I called CFA cares Friday night- I asked for the head manager or owner to contact me- that did not happen- no real surprise there. However, another manager called and he expressed more concern by about 1000% vs. the manager that spoke with me Friday night. He did offer for me to come in and eat free but I would not trust eating there ever again.
I do wonder why the owner and or head manager does not care enough to return calls from CFA Cares complaints. Further, I have visited other CFAs – sometimes on the road and just happen to swing in- and they send me free food on the app that can be used anywhere… not sure why that was not offered?? But all good- CFA Treetops is in bad bad shape… after reading other reviews – after I posted this- I see several others had similar BAD service here. The other 2 CFA locations in Rankin County both rate 4.6 on Google… this location is 3.5!! HUGE gap in scores… wonder why?? The employees make sure LOTS of people never return… if you hate your job and can’t be nice- move on, quit- and managers and owners need to demand more, train better- this CFA is no better than the worst fast food restaurant in Rankin County. Good luck fixing the mess at CFA Treetops. Sad to say the least… UPDATE: a person saying they happened to be the owner’s wife communicated with me thru social media weeks ago – just after this happened- one of my adult sons placed the order on his app from a table – she stated she could not find his CFA rewards info so I sent it to her – she had promised to send him free item(s) in the app- she sent zero- no surprise here!!

Worst chick fil an ever. Literally every single time they have not only messed up our order but also left soemthing out. The people are sloppy and lazy and unfriendly. You do a mobile order, get your food and then have to sit in line for several minutes because the people in front of you didn’t get their food yet. I literally have never had one order right. The one on county line which is terrible is better than this one. I have tried calling to speak to a manager, they never call me back. I have sent emails with no response. Do better, it’s pathetic

Food is standard CFA but my only complaint is how the mobile through gets backed up and the people delivering the food to the car seem to never look at the car description. It would be great if a car is waiting on additional food or a corrected order, it can be moved forward enough so the five cars behind it (that have already received their food) can go ahead and exit. And several times the person bringing out the food goes right past my car to nearly every other car that’s not even the same make as mine. Then finally comes to me and asks for my name.

This Is The Worse I mean worse chick fil a I’ve ever been too . It’s RACHET … they don’t know how to run anything . Please don’t go to this one . I went in drive through few days ago the customer service wasn’t good two people was talking to me at once one was saying one thing another one saying another . I asked for chicken noodle soup two of them . When I looked in the bag no crackers was in the bag . There was a guy mopping the floor and you could smell it right at the drive thru openly . It looked unclean almost like I came to a club when I got home I tested the soup and I kid you not it was sour and forgot to mention I had chicken bites too they were so dry hard like they had been sitting for days me and my husband who loves chicken fila soup threw it away it was so nasty and very old tasting this restaurant needs a savior! I’ve never been to something so awful . The food is not fresh at All!

I’ve been there 4 times and 3 of the four times my chicken sandwich tasted horrible like old grease. I switched one day and got nuggets and they were horrible also mainly just crust. The service is not much better. I had a gift card and the guy talking drive thru orders said I couldn’t use my card because he didn’t know how to use it. It’s definitely not like the other 3 locations I visit. Not sure if it’s poor management or ownership but people get tired of bad food and will drive a couple red lights up and eat at the Dogwood location.

The is definitely the worst Chick-fil-A in the area. The employees aren’t trained adequately. Today, they prepared my order wrong and originally tried to give my order to me without the milkshakes. The service otherwise is rather slow on other visits or very awkwardly handled. I advise to avoid this location.

When I got the sandwich out of the bag less than 5 minutes later the bread was almost rock hard stale and had enough lettuce to be comical. The chicken had a flavor that was not consistent with Chikfila and the fruit cup was half rotten.

And for Heavens sake teach the staff manners if you’re going to have them interacting with the public.
