This was one of the cutest little cafes I have ever been to! I was craving coffee on my way to an appointment and found this hidden gem by chance. I got one of their seasonal coffees, a Dubai chocolate latte, and a chocolate chip muffin. Both were absolutely phenomenal and the nice young woman at the register made some great suggestions! If you’re in the area and would like a nice spot to relax and have some great food/drink, look no farther.

Had an event in the area and this Cafe was just down the road. Opened on time with hot coffee and food ready to make! Lovely cozy atmosphere and friendly people! The coffee was affordable and good, with some beans on sale too! The food was fresh, and even had some fruit I didn’t expect!

Would stop again, even if it was a bit out of my way.

Such a cute place and the people were kind and helpful. My latte didn’t have much flavor but it was in a pretty mug and it was hot.

Absolute gem! Gorgeous handcrafted jewelry and art next door. Ambience exquisite

They warmed my cinnamon roll for me and served it with fresh fruit. I also got the matcha with SUGAR FREE lavender syrup. (Hard to find!)

Got myself a green juice too to round it out, fun little spot

Not Remote Worker Friendly

This is a nice little cafe and I like to support local businesses. Unfortunately this establishment has an unposted policy that you have order food in addition to a drink, such as coffee, to work at a table.

The policy seemed randomly applied as another table had two working individuals with no food order present. To my knowledge, they were not asked to make an additional purchase or to leave.

There was also no other patrons waiting for a table, so this policy seems to be haphazardly applied. I suggest they post this policy going forward. I’ve patronized the cafe many times before, but this is the first time I was asked to leave.

If you are looking for a spot for lunch or breakfast and plan to eat and leave, it is a nice choice. The food does look good, the atmosphere is nice and the workers are pleasant.

Breath taking environment! The cozy decor is enough to make anyone feel invited. The staff go above and beyond to greet customers and make your time spent there memorable. The food tastes amazing, there is a very large variety, and the presentation is special. Great space for young children as well, as they have a back room with a chalkboard and toys. Three Little Birds Café offers an experience you can’t get anywhere else. 1000/10

Beautiful cafe. Love the atmosphere. Both lattes ordered didn’t have much coffee flavor and didn’t taste much like the syrups we asked for. They were a tad subpar. I got the quiche and it tasted like burnt egg in my opinion. Odd flavors together with the sun-dried tomatoes. Just not a fan. My boyfriend did love his egg and cheese bagel. Again, incredibly cute location and vibe. Just wish the coffee actually tasted like a normal latte with more than just steamed milk flavor and watered down coffee.

This place is charming but they do not post their prices anywhere so when you get a wildly expensive total it really makes a sour experience. Two sugar cookies and a breakfast sandwich (no side) cost $31.99. They don’t even deliver your product or wait on you for those prices, you order and pick up at the window. I fully believe in supporting small businesses, but when the business is not transparent with you on your investment and your ROI, I left feeling ripped off!

Thank you for your response, I’m always open to dialogue in supporting a local business better improve.

To start, I would suggest honesty. Here is a screen shot of my credit card statement of $31.99.

Be honest, that if you wrote on any of these 6 chalkboards that a burrito (that only had cheese, bacon and egg in it) with no sides cost $14.99, your customers would be reluctant to order it and your sales would go down.

Be honest, putting a small price tag noting $6 for an average sugar cookie would deter your customers from buying them and your sales would go down.

Be honest that why you don’t post your prices on ANY of your chalkboards because you are capitalizing on the fact that it is in human nature that most of your patrons will avoid conflict by not questioning the outrageous bill they receive and are more likely just to pay it!… sorry I’m not your average patron.

Suggested actions to take… here is a picture of your facility where prices are clearly not marked! Start by adding your pricing on any of the 6 chalk boards you have. Add prices next to the baked good indicating which cookies are $2.50 and which ones are $6.

Build a trusting relationship with your consumers by empowering them to make well informed decision vs. scamming them.

As for your website your burrito is listed at $12.50, when I was in the store and asked the employee the price she told me $14.99, get your price straight at all transaction points.

As for the add on, Be clear on what that is, there is no mention of add on prices anywhere and when speaking with your staff add on prices were not communicated.

For your artisan cookies… there is not one mention of them on your website of a $6 cookie nor anywhere in your store… the closest cookie price is $2.75 so with that being said my bill should have been $18 with tax.

I appreciate your response, it really assured my confidence I was over charged and scammed!

I visited on a Sunday afternoon an hour before close, so plenty of time left to stop in. Upon entering, all three employees looked at me and my two guests with reactions that looked more like we were coming in at ten minutes to close. No greeting, no smiles, no welcomes. It was awkward.

We tried to avocado tomato toast, chicken salad sandwhich, kids grilled cheese, coffee and pressed juices. Everything was fresh, clean and tasty. Prepared and presented well. I definitely recommend a visit for food, drinks and whimsy atmosphere.

But I, honestly, will probably never go back cause I didn’t care for the offputting vibe from the staff. The cashier (older woman, pretty nice) asked a coworker for help when ringing in our order and he (tall guy, baseball cap) answered her with a tone of disgust and frustration. I didn’t like that. It’s disappointing because I was hoping we would become regulars here but most likely not. You never know the impression you are giving off to your customers so maybe think of that next time.

As a previous semi-regular, I’m extremely disappointed by the behavior of the staff this afternoon. There are better ways to communicate, especially when children are involved.
In order to save anyone else’s family from the embarrassment we just experienced, I recommend you do not bring your children here, especially if they have dietary restrictions. One star since the food & coffee was always good although I left without buying one today…will not be back.
