Ordered online via app and still had to wait another 20 min after app said it was ready before i got my order. Order elite chicken bacon ranch foot long and got hardly any meat and the bacon was raw. They even added black olives that don’t even go on that menu item. I also Ordered an roast beef sub but they were out of Roast Beef and mostly all their other meats. Had to get a steak sub instead. Another thing I Ordered was a side kick churro and that was rock hard. Oh and they have a horrible fly problem. Flies everywhere landing on food. Worst subway ever. I would give -stars if I could.

This subway is in need of new management or more Management involvement. Overall, the service was good. The associate that waited on me did a decent job. Had to wait a little bit because she was the only one there and there was three of us in line. I ordered a foot-long on white. The white bread was stale and old. I did not eat the entire sub. I wanted green peppers and onions on the sub they did not have any made or cut. Overall, the sub was not worth what I paid for it. It seemed like the manager came in and noticed that all the white bread was stale. However, she continued to let the associate make my sub on that same white bread. Just a poor experience overall.

Service was slow. Waited 21 minutes to order.
Then was told only bread,white,no tomato,no lettuce,no onions.. my sandwich was bacon spinach and mayo ,two of them $24 for vending machine sandwiches. Won’t ever comeback.

Lazy lazy lazy workers, corporate should really be called because the older woman literally watched a line form and it take us all 20 mins to get the only “fast food” there is for literally miles and you guys were out of actually everything from breads to ALL the meats?? The girl also messed up my sandwich which sucks when she put the wrong sauce but I wasn’t gonna ask her to change it since she was the only one working..

Joseph is rude, does not know ANYTHING about making subs, or how to be kind to customers. Smallest, sloppiest, and most tasteless sandwich I have ever had. I will drive father for a better subway from now on! Absolutely disgusted!

I said back in 2019 I would not be back, and I should’ve stuck to it!! My boyfriend and I recently visited subway in Hale MI, we waited in line because they were busy, when the sandwich maker got to us she had a online order come through. She said she has to take that first because “thats company policy” so I stated you should ALWAYS take care of the customer IN FRONT of you FIRST, then do your online orders.(I’ve worked in customer service for 6 yrs) something must’ve clicked because she said she would make ours and then go back to the online order. Okay, awesome! Before she started making our subs I had to ask her to wash her hands and change her gloves because she helped 2 people infront of us, touched the phone, and picked stuff up off of the floor!!! After 30 mins we got our subs and went on our way. We went back today, waited in line for 20 minutes only to find out they only had white bread and flat bread ready because the same sandwich maker “wasn’t prepared to come to work today” and hadn’t made them. They were out of tomatos and meatballs as well. She finishes the guys up infront of us, and wouldn’t ya know.. another online order comes through! So she grabs that one, says “shes going to have to wait” and WALKED AWAY without saying a single word to us!!! Not that she didnt see us, we were standing right infront of her. We will NEVER go back. If any of you find this review useful, do yourselves a favor and GO TO ROSE CITY SUBWAY!! Hale is a huge disappointment. Oh, and make sure you call before you head up there if its anytime after 3pm because we were also told 2 weeks ago at 5pm that they just closed. I told them to update their hours online and on their door and we went on our merry way, again. I have nothing good to say about this place anymore. They SUCK!!

Slowest Subway on Earth. The workers seem very easily overwhelmed and can only do a single task at a time. Will not be going here again if I can help it. Took 38 minutes for a single sandwich with only one gentleman in front of me that ordered a single sandwich. Terrible attitude from Debbie, the assistant manager who was behind the counter. All the vegetables were freezer burnt to boot. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I didn’t get our sub makers name, but she was great! Was friendly and funny, interacted with all the customers and really made you feel like your order was important. Offered relevant information and options for different subs.

Terrible subway.
The workers are new every week and always missing teeth, and always smoking outside when they have people waiting. Flies landing on the food. Never enough inventory they’re always out of stuff. My boyfriend and I got food poisoning last month. We won’t be going again. No response back on the email either.

Ordered my son a footlong with Turkey, Ham bacon and cheese, got the sandwich with no bacon. Asked for bacon and they charged for another sandwich! Will NEVER go back! All our subs had hardly any meat. Vegetables were all thawing for being frozen. Terrible experience!
