I don’t score many as all fives across all categories but Finestkind is deserving. The food is carefully crafted and attention to detail is evident throughout the restaurant. Proper cloth napkins (serviettes for non-Americans), really nice branded coffee mugs, not the cheap kind, wood floors nice decor. Service was attentive, friendly and quick on a Saturday morning. I choose a standard Eggs Bene on Canadian Bacon. Note the finely chopped chives on top – carefully crafted! Hollandaise was perfect, eggs perfectly cooked. A secret weapon they have is their homemade hash browns, beautiful rectangles of potato goodness. As a potato lover, I’d go back and just eat these (they do in fact service an upgraded version with creme fraiche etc). Coffee was also surprisingly good for straight filter but unlike many places, they also offer proper barista coffee. Ill be back…probably tomorrow lol. Thanks team, very well done indeed!

Mushroom omelette is quite possibly the best I’ve ever had in my life. I felt like french royalty eating those delicious mushrooms and savored every bite. All the other food coming out while I was there looked and smelled absolutely delicious. I had recommendations from other customers to try the hash browns, the breakfast sandwich, and the french toast. The latte looked excellent and all the staff is very hard-working and friendly. Get here early for baked goods!

This Saturday morning my husband and I wanted to get a new place so we mozied on over to the FinestKind. We had an eggs Benedict w/ regular bacon. The flavor over was subtle, I had to add salt and pepper. My Husband has the waffle with fried chicken he says it was a mix of a honey nut, bold bark flavor. He enjoyed it! We also ordered the the crispy hash browns & they were delightful with the garlic aïoli. Overall, a great experience. All seats were taken.!

The best brunch/lunch spot in Maine! Delicious classic menus with fresh ingredients. Recommend order a few menus (or 5 like we did) to share with friends and don’t miss the bake goods! My personal favourite is Little Debbrah ♥️

Located in a quaint town, this spot has a cozy vibe and friendly service—especially from the lady at the counter, who was warm and welcoming. I ordered the spiced maple latte and the classic breakfast. The latte was excellent. The breakfast was good overall, though the eggs were overcooked at first. They did bring a new batch, but the man who brought it didn’t seem very apologetic. Thankfully, the woman at the register handled it kindly. Solid place, but service could be a bit more consistent.

This is probably the worst breakfast experience I have ever had. I don’t even know where to begin with this review. I am not one to write reviews, but I felt this was necessary. Me and my daughter are on our way to church. Wanted to grab a couple of breakfast sandwiches. Let’s start off by when I walk in. It is massively confusing on who is ordering who is waiting for food there is no logical system in place nor does the employees try to manage that broken system (you’ll have to figure it out for yourself). When we get up to pay for our to go breakfast sandwiches that we called in, The girl behind the counter told me the amount would be $32 and change. I advised that She probably had the wrong order and that I only ordered two breakfast sandwiches to go. She advised me yes that was the price. Absolutely absurd. My daughter went to open hers in the truck in the following picture below, (pics don’t even do it justice) It was a disaster, pretty much uneatable. Dripping all over my truck from the moment we started unwrapping it and look like it was slapped together. At this point, I’m hoping to God it tastes good to justify anything that we have just experienced… It was absolutely disgusting and my daughter couldn’t finish more than a couple bites. Mine was bland to say the least with no taste at all. Shoving it down my throat to justify just paying $32 For two breakfast sandwiches…(also couldn’t finish it) I will never go back there, and I would advise people to stay far away, There are so many better places with better food and tremendously better prices. This was a horrible experience. All the 5 star reviews must be co workers friends and family.

I usually am not a breakfast person whatsoever, but this place has made me actually enjoy breakfast/brunch foods. I’ve already tried many new delicious foods and pastries! Everything is sooooo good! It is small but cozy inside, and you might have to wait a bit for a seat if you don’t want to take out, but it is worth it! I can’t wait to bring friends and family members here when they visit!

This is a great find with delicious and fresh breakfast options. The baked goods were fantastic, we loved the donuts and cinnamon bun, and the egg dishes were perfect. The menu had lots of things I’d come back to try. This is a new favorite, we’ll be back often.
