The sandwich was really good, and the customer service is amazing. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is extremely clean one of the cleanest Subways I’ve ever visited. The bread is always soft, and even the cookies are fresh and soft every time. Even though I live a bit far away and there are two Subways in my town, I always choose the Jeffersonville Subway because the quality here is consistently better.

Their whole thing is eat fresh? this is a pic I took of the frozen cucumbers. The lettuce was brown nasty looking. I asked if they had fresh lettuce to be told no. I wish I had of walked out the 14$ sandwich was the worst ever experience I’ve had at a subway. Subway in Jeffersonville owes me one. Get it together.

Churro is hard idk if it is still frozen or overcooked but earlier I went they toasted my sandwich without asking me it was a Philly cheesesteak sandwich but don’t get any of it just don’t go and I am 9 years old idk if they don’t like me or what

*Most* of the time everything is perfect. I do online orders 98% of the time and pickup in store. There was initially a language barrier that made it where I guess they didn’t understand the special instructions but now we have no issues at all. I always request that the sandwiches be cut into 4 pieces and it use to somehow get missed but now I just request that EACH sandwich be cut into 4 pieces and we have no issue. I always order 2 at a time and have “more” of everything added, no mayo, extra ranch, light mustard etc. and they never mess it up. It’s always clean in there too. They are really good about getting online orders ready in about 10 minutes, 15 at most.

Not much choice of restaurants in this area so ended up here. Lettuce was brown. Staff has thick accent and can be hard to understand but get mad when they’re asked to repeat themselves. Most options on drink fountain was out of order.

Food good, but portion size varies. Someone ahead of me was loaded up, then mine was scant on everything. Had to ask for individual vegetables, even when I’d original asked for all. Ice cream is wonderful, but depending on who’s working, not worth the cost for a fourth of a cup. I couldn’t help but think if I’d of served her the tiny amount of ice cream how she’d of scolded me. Only eat here if nothing at home.
