The sandwiches were good BUT the manager, or the hourly team member in charge, would not let us use a second coupon even when we split up into two separate groups to order and pay. i get one coupon per group of customers policy BUT when we separated into two groups we negated that policy. He commented that the second groups items had to be full price because they would still get in trouble if they took a coupon from them — that’s either Management by intimidation or something similar

My subway app was hacked and I had orders placed all over the west coast, when I live on the east. I was frantically calling all the subways to cancel the orders and this subway was the only one to both answer and cancel the order immediately. Although this is not my store, nor did I eat their food, I appreciated the quick response to my issue!!!

Went online to order card was charged but then money was refunded and now I’m out 30 dollars until midnight. Went on the app to order card was charged and money was refunded again so now I’m out 70 dollars have no subway and no dinner. Additionally can’t use the 6.99 footlong deal unless u order online which is impossible bc the app and the website aren’t working.

Don’t order from this subway from any delivery services. It not only happened once but twice. I ordered ahead of time to ensure that I would receive my order on time. But they delayed the order by hour. Then only after cancelling the order I find out that the was empty just some employee standing there. They need to get things straightened out before they lose more customers.

Receipt says I was served by Ulises. Did an excellent job with making the sandwich neat but still moved the order along really fast. I got a footlong sub to share and I didn’t notice till arriving home that he made note to wrap the two halves individually and I didn’t even ask. Polite and excellent customer service. Amazing job!

This was the worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had..I ordered the Cali fresh turkey avocado and got a dry meat and bread sub. There was 3 pieces of spinach, no tomatoes, no red onions and no mayo. They just threw it together..beyond dissatisfied

Quick service rude employee. A place that prides itself on fresh food doesn’t have fresh cookies and when asked for fresh cookies I was told that I would have to wait until the customers behind me were finished. After being told it would be 15-20 minutes for them to bake. So I paid for my order which was 7.57 to add the cookies made it 8.89. He said at this point he would have to refund my order to fix the price but only the manager could do so. Then he said oh he’s in the parking lot. Manager not much better he told me before fresh cookies are made orders are taken. I was not even done with my order. Horribe service. The didn’t have tea as I don’t drink soda told that it’ll be ready at 715. Well ive been here since the doors opened and my cookies were just dropped. Supposed to open at 7. They didn’t open until 710. So no tea no fresh cookies rude management rude service worker and worse supervisor. I would sgare my receipt but I was not offered 1.
