This is for the Subway at 1320 North Taylor Ave. in Garden City, KS. The service was exceptional. I will start out by saying that I had lost faith in the Subway brand for multiple reasons that i won’t go into at this time and wasn’t planning on ever going to another Subway again. My experience at this particular store tonight pretty much changed that perspective, or at least let’s say gave me hope for the company. The 2 people who were working respectfully talked with me as a person rather than just leaving me to stand there as they where robotically preparing my sandwich. It was made PERFECTLY!!! Their demeanor was welcoming, hospitable, considerate, helpful, and passionate, among other things. Its been a while since I’ve been to Subway, and since than the menu has changed drastically. They made suggestions on what I might like based on what I use to eat there. To me that’s customer service that goes above and beyond. It shows that they know their products and care both about their customers as well as their experience while at their store. The store was very clean; from the lobby, the restrooms, behind the counter area, and the beverage area. They also have the Subway Club which is nice way to reward repeat customers. Be sure to check that out. This particular Subway also does have a drive-thru for convience as well. I would definitely rate this particular Subway, five stars: hands down, without question! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The young men working there were awesome. I feel they were overwhelmed with having to cover Drive thru. Online and dine in. At the same time.!!!
They handled it well. But not right to put that much pressure on 2 people.

To the two ladies who were working today around 1pm…. THANK YOU! THANK YOU for making a sandwich that was no longer posted on your menu, but exactly the way I like it! You both were so personable, but more than anything, willing to make both my husband and I happy as customers!!! We don’t live here, but we were on our fourth day of very long travel. Between your service and the quality of the sandwiches, you made us want to come back when we pass through town again! Just know that we truly appreciate your efforts today!

This store messed up my customized sandwiches last night. I ordered them with double meat , double sub crunch and NO red onion. There were red onions and too much sauce which was not doubled. Sub krunch does NOT GO UNDER MEAT. The “krunch” was not at all krunchy..I would like a refund as both store(team) and sandwiches suck.

Girl there tonight was in a bad mood. Yelling at her team member instead of helping him out. We were there before the drive thru order and she took the drive thru order and then told us there was no bread once she got to us. She was very rude and kept eye rolling and throwing food all over the counter. Lunch hour is good bit will never return for dinner service

Terrible place! Mold in my ice!!! Not to mention they ignore the drive through.sat there for 15 minutes. No one was In front of me but 3 cars behind me. I’ve gave this place a chance 6 different times and 5 of those 6 have been very inconvenient. I took my lid off cause my drink tasted like dirt and found mold in my ice. Honestly it’s needs to be shut down. I would give -10 stars if I could.

Service is great. They know the wrap I want when we pull up. Restaurant is usually clean. Drive thru is very convenient with not having to take two kids out of the car just to get a sandwich to go. Good variety of subs, salads, and wraps. Vegetables are fresh.

My coworker called in an order for our lunch today and pretty much nothing was correct. We both ordered 6in spicy Italians. One was a footlong the other a 6in. None of the toppings were right. Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t be going back for a while. And she was charged for their mistakes.

Terrible! Found mold in my ice! It tasted like dirt so I opened up my lid and found mold. Not to mention the drive through is terrible. I waited 15 minutes with no one acknowledged me at all. I had 3 cars behind me and I just left. Looked through the window and the employees were just standing talking to one another. This has happened on more than two occasions.

Pablo gives the best service. He doesn’t know my name, but knows my face and always remembers what I order, even though I come once or twice a month. He’s always kind and respectful.
