We had a wonderful experience at Simply Pho! We tried the Kung Pao Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Singapore Noodles, and spring rolls, and everything was absolutely amazing and delicious. The flavors were spot on and the food was fresh and satisfying.
It’s a nice, quiet place—perfect for lunch or dinner with family. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better.
We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a comfortable dining experience!

This is my go-to restaurant in Cedar Park for pretty much every occasion 🙂 It has been great for big groups, small groups or going by myself and sitting at the bar. The hospitality is great and the food is consistently high quality and fresh. My favorites on the menu are the Grilled Chicken Vermicelli (the marinated chicken and pickled veggies are excellent) and the egg rolls (which pair well with cocktails at happy hour :)) The bar has great drinks- I am picky about cocktails and I don’t like them too sweet, and I have enjoyed all the ones I have tried here. They are well balanced and pair well with the food. The owners, bartenders and waiters are all really friendly and I appreciate that I know when I go there that it will be a good experience for me and those that go with me!

The newest Simply Pho House location absolutely delivers! Even though the restaurant was packed, we were seated right away and greeted with drinks in no time. Our server made great recommendations, and every dish was spot-on.
We started with the dumplings—perfectly crispy, never greasy, and paired with a light, flavorful sauce. The entrées arrived quickly, piping hot, and generously portioned. Everything was seasoned just right, with fresh, colorful vegetables and perfectly cooked rice. The pho was rich and comforting, and the orange chicken had the perfect balance of sweet and savory.
Their jasmine green tea is also a must-try—refreshing and aromatic. Simply Pho House continues to be one of our favorite spots, and we’re thrilled to have this new location so close to home!

Stopped by for the first time after they opened. I had the ribeye and brisket pho and fried potstickers. Broth was outstanding. Food was wonderful. Rich flavor in the broth. Clearly uses fresh meat. Service was outstanding. Glad we have a great pho spot in Cedar Park.

This is a bit of a head scratcher. It’s Vietnamese food but there’s also a lot of Chinese food on the menu. Either way it was delicious. My wife got the seafood pho and I got the brisket pho. Within minutes they served the sprouts and toppings for the pho.

After the food arrived we mixed in our toppings and ate. My wife said her seafood was just “okay” but I thought my brisket had some good flavor. The soup in the bowl was tasty and really I thought it was all quite nice! Would recommend!

Ordered the B2 Grilled Shrimp and Pork Vermicelli and the P1 Pho Combination. The vermicelli bowl was mostly lettuce which presented the dish more as a salad. Shrimp and pork were nicely grilled, both had a sweet marinade. Pork was a bit tough and dry. House-made fish sauce was deeply savory. Didn’t mind the lettuce to rice noodle ratio but I would prefer the sauce on the grilled meats to be savory, the pickled carrots daikon were sweet enough. The pho broth was mildy sweet was well. For a combination pho I would have liked to see options such as tendon and tripe. Beef ribeye and brisket were tender. Overall average Vietnamese options, noticed they offer several Thai dishes on the menu. Large menu, perhaps spread too thin across so many dishes instead of excelling in a few. A solid Vietnamese option in Cedar Park but I would only eat here if I was in the area, not something I would seek out.

UPDATE 12/5/25 – This place is popping on a Friday night. The food is amazing and the service is excellent. There’s a new Bartender in town named Atsez and he’s made some enhancements. They now have a drink menu and happy hour specials. I’ve added pics of the Oh So Lychee and the Espresso Martini (in shot form). Both are delicious. Make sure you stop by to enjoy some food and drinks.

It looks nothing like the previous restaurant. And they added a bar and patio seating. The service was top notch. Susan was my Server and she was awesome. Super friendly, professional and efficient. One of the Owners, Kim, came to my table to make sure all was well. She spent a fair amount of time getting to know me which was very cool. Q, one of the Managers, also came to check on me. That made me feel right at home. Now let’s talk about the food. I had the egg rolls which were packed with flavor, crunchy and flaky. The homemade fish sauce was out of this world good. The star of the show for me was the Pho. I ordered the P2: Pho Rib Eyes. The broth tasted like it had been cooked in Grandma’s kitchen. The rib eye was perfectly tender and the herbs and bean sprouts were perfectly fresh. It was delicious and warmed my soul. I actually shed tears as it stirred up some wonderful memories. I also ordered the lo mein with chicken to go for my Mom and she loved it. Check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

Glad we have another pho option in the Cedar Park/Leander area. We like the atmosphere and the layout inside the restaurant. We had salt & pepper wings, pho, and chicken fried rice. The salt & pepper wings had good flavors but wish they had more “pepper” in them. The pho was nice and had a “sweeter” taste to it with a lot of star anise flavor. The chicken fried rice was really good and our kids cleaned it all up! Will definitely come back to this again in the future.

We were excited to try Simply Pho at their Cedar Park location. It did not live up to the reviews and expectation. The broth did not have a “balanced taste” (the kind where you can tell the spices have simmered to give it that warmth and complex aroma). It was quite heavy on the star anise (which is essential), but shouldn’t overpower.
The basil and sprouts were not fresh!! They had been sitting for too long so they were wilted and the sprouts were yellowed. We asked for them to be changed but not any better the second time.
Room for improvement, but cannot recommend to others at this time.
