The lady that took my order over the phone was nice. But the food was too expensive for the portion given. 25 for both meals. My chicken taste like it was fried with the fish. Everything was seasoned. I’ll just stay with sides. Maybe because it was late they didn’t have desserts to offer. Not sure if I will go back.

I ordered a catfish meal and my mom ordered the 4 piece fried wing meal. The mac n cheese was definitely a taste you can attribute to being their own. The garlic string beans were okay. The catfish was a little salty. You get a good amount of food. They were out of a few sides and it was only 4pm. The strawberry crunch cake. Oh my goodness. Order 2 or 3 because you won’t be satisfied with just one. The peach and watermelon lemonade mix was tasty. It’s best to call ahead of time. I tried ordering online, but grubhub wouldn’t accept my order. It kept cancelling. It’s about a 30min wait. Pretty long in my opinion whether the food is fresh or not. Customer service could be a little better. It took awhile for me to give my order (which is why I even attempted to order on GrubHub). I stated I still needed to order and the woman at the counter still didn’t take my order.

I placed an order here over the phone. I was told it would be about an hour wait. I waited for an hour in the car with my family. I walked into the building to see if my food was ready. They never started cooking my food. Once they saw that I was upset they attempted to start cooking my food, but by that time it was too late. I reached out to the owner and never got a response.

After seeing the Bud Light commercial that sponsored this restaurant I was intrigued. I read the reviews and they were so so. The customer service on the phone was great and the food did not take long. The stuffed salmon was very tasty and the yams and string beans were great also the only issue that I had was my yellow rice was hard there were no soft pieces I do understand that maybe this is because of the holiday and maybe this was a left over but I still was not satisfied with my hard rice. Either way I highly recommend this place and I will visit again.
