I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Papa John’s. Before placing my order through the app, I specifically called the store to make sure they would accept cash at the time of delivery. I was told yes, so I went ahead and ordered.
When the delivery driver arrived, he set my pizza on the ground. I handed him cash, and he told me he couldn’t take it. He was very rude and said he had to call his manager, leaving the pizza sitting on the ground while he went to get his phone. When he came back, the manager told me they don’t allow drivers to take cash and that I needed to pay over the phone. He then transferred me to another manager who basically laughed at me on the phone. I ended up having to pay with my card anyway.
I’m extremely irritated because I went out of my way to call ahead and confirm that cash would be accepted, only for the complete opposite to happen at delivery. This was very unprofessional and frustrating, and I expected much better customer service.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Papa John’s. I placed an order and the app showed it had been ready for about 15 minutes, but when I got there I ended up waiting a total of 30 minutes with no updates. After waiting 15 minutes in the lobby, I asked how much longer it would be since it showed “ready,” and the employee told me “10 to 15 minutes.” I waited again, asked a second time, and let him know I had been standing there for half an hour. His response was, “sir everyone has,” which was completely untrue. I was the only one in there waiting that long.
When I asked again how long it would actually take, he repeated “10 to 15 minutes” like it was just something to say instead of an actual answer. His tone was rude, dismissive, and showed zero customer service skills. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be coming back.

Great experience. I had a large take out order of seven large pizzas. The order was ready on time and the store employee even helped me get the pizzas into my car. Wonderful service.

Me and my family have been coming here for the last 8 years and we’ve always enjoyed it, yet we’ve never written a review. Recently we ordered a pizza and when we received it, the order was wrong (at the time, we were unsure if it was our fault or Papa Johns fault). The staff was very polite and understanding and they made us the correct order right a way free of charge. In the end, it ultimately was our fault, however, that simple act and professionalism from the staff gave us the courage to finally write a review as to why we love this place.

Except the chicken poppers that it okay, flavor as plain and thick chicken inside and I didn’t ordered pizza dipping sauce somehow, it was supposed to be honey mustard. Unexpected it wasn’t there. Um.. What happened to “Honey Chipotle?” Seem they forget to put it on the chicken or just can put it in a cup side. Well, I give 2-3 stars for that.
For bacon cheese sticks –I give 4 stars, good, but noticed it how funny look at the sticks size with cutter lines are not perfect as quite.

I work work in the same shopping center. I placed an order today for pick up. Sent one of my employees to pick up, drove 20 mins home and ate a slice and the pizza was still delicious, even cold! I made modifications to my order and everything was done correctly! Pizza was great! Thank you!

Food, service and atmosphere are always good. But my 6yr old daughter who has celiac disease is very very sick vomiting for the first time since being diagnosed 3yrs ago. I was reassured months ago when I called this location that they do their best and even take the pizza to a separate “dough area”. Well yesterday i call to ask could she have been glutened the woman tells me that they pretty much don’t do anything to prevent cross contamination. And my daughter’s pizza most likely had flour on it… so why does it even come in a separate package?? What’s the point if they don’t try to keep it from cross contamination at all?. My daughter will hopefully be better in the next few days but we sadly will not be returning. (AND WHY ON EARTH LABEL IT AS GLUTEN-FREE ON THE WEBSITE!!)

Ordered from here a few weeks ago to see if it was an option to the Pizza Hut we usually order from and the Works was a good rival to the Super Supreme. Lots of toppings and nice change. Last Friday I wanted to have a comparison so I ordered another Works and a Super Supreme. After they arrived there was a clear difference. While expecting another Works with lots of toppings, it was noticeably lacking to the Super Supreme and my memory of the first Works. Papa Johns, at least this location, is inconsistent. In eight years, never had consistency issues with Pizza Hut. Oh well it was nevertheless a fun experiment.
