I kept having unpleasant experiences at this specific location over my last 5 visits, but today, it was disappointing and disrespectful. I can’t believe I ordered online, left my house once it said my order was ready, and I still had to wait over 50 minutes for my sandwich to have little steak and be smaller than the average sandwich size of any other location.
Please, avoid this location, and go to the one in the LSC. That is what I will do from now on.

This place just sucks. Placed an online pick up order and asked to have pepper put on sandwich. They just took the top off and poured in all of it. The staff gave me attitude when I came to pick it up and the place was trashed. Nothing was clean. They really need new people who at least kinda care

Ordered 3 different sandwiches, each pretty specific to themselves but easy to make. Or so I thought. A plane meatball with extra cheese, got a half meatball, half black olives, with 2 pieces of cheese. Oven roasted turkey on wheat with double meat. Got no meat, Italian bread, excessive onions and pepper. A steak and cheese, double meat, toasted, came not toasted with very little meat and excessive cheese. Not to mention they almost messed up our cookie order while we were ordering right in front of them. WORST experience ever!! Will not be ordering from the two drunks that were there working tonight ever again.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered online, arrived 5 min after the online said order was supposed to be done. The only employee on the line hadn’t even started my order. There was another employee in the back who was oblivious to the amount of traffic and I and other online orders ended up waiting 15 min for food I ordered 30 min prior to my arrival. What’s the point in providing online ordering if the employees can’t get around to making the food until you walk in? Food was so-so, restaurant was kinda gross. Subway has really gone downhill and I’m regretting even eating the food.

Very obviously understaffed. I went in and waited a good 10-15 min to order, couldn’t understand what the person making my order was saying but she ended up making something completely wrong. It wasn’t bad, just not what I wanted. Maybe on me for not correcting her but it was her alone even serving a large line with a bit of a slower pace, there was another person there but he didn’t help.

First time I ordered on line NONE of the specific requests for my sandwich were followed. The next time the same sandwich maker started to do it again but I ordered while in the store and stopped him. He still had trouble following the recipe.
The app has been updated. The last version was twitchy and often didn’t work. Sometimes I would give up and go somewhere else. No problems with new version so far. My favorite sandwich, the Titan Turkey, was recently discontinued. Don’t go as often as I used to.

There was someone’s glove in my sandwich I called and the guy I spoke with confirmed it was from a glove it couldn’t be from anything else. I couldn’t hear him because of the connection but there was no solution to the problem

I ordered a pro chicken teriyaki. Spent over $20 on this sandwich. I received the completely wrong sandwich. When i tried to call the store, they hung up the phone within 4 rings. Horrible service. This store is a joke.
