I love coming here for dinner or even just a quick bite app and cocktail at the bar. The front room and bar have such a cool vibe, I would love to go on a date here. The cocktails and food are ridiculously delicious! From the scallop app, to the coq au vin with the bacon lardon, to the rotating fresh specials and desserts. even the bread and butter is so fresh and delicious. Everyone who works there is always a doll. Met the head chef/owner? once he was really passionate and kind too. Slow service on crowded holiday nights like new years, other than that superb.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful hidden gem in the heart of Long Beach! The food was exceptional, flavorful, and fresh. The beet salad was light and refreshing, with crunchy hazelnuts and a delicious dressing The filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus was perfection. The branzino was crispy and paired beautifully with the Dijon sauce. The lobster mussels were unbelievable – the buttery lobster sauce was out of this world. And the dessert was the star of the night- a peach crumble cobbler with pistachios and vanilla ice cream that was truly unforgettable.
On top of the amazing food, Daniele, our server and manager, gave us such warm and attentive service, making the experience even more special.
This place is a must-visit and will definitely impress you!

I’ve been to LB Bistro a few times, and each time the food was delicious! I’ve had food from the prix fixe menu, as well as from the main menu – from the appetizers, all the way to dessert, everything was amazing. The roasted oysters, cheese fondue, monkfish were my favorites. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes! Food aside, the decor inside was really nice. Great spot for a date night or a night out with friends.

Very cute restaurant. Very few seats in the main dining room which I appreciate. We were able to get seated without a reservation which was nice. Sunday night was pretty busy.
I started off with the foie and was very disappointed. They didn’t use any salt or finishing salt on the foie or any of the proteins on our meal for the evening. I had the scallop and shrimp dish and again, the fish and scallops had no salt. The veggies were seasoned though. My son had the steak, which we had to season at our table. The dishes were beautiful and lacked a ton of flavor which was a huge let down.
Our server was a sweetheart but was in the weeds all night. The table next to us was on a date a very frustrated with how long it took to get our servers attention. She was sweet just overwhelmed. I got one dessert (it was delicious) and was charged for 2 somehow. The manager took care of it so no harm done

I’ve eaten at both the bar and dining room and always had fantastic meals. The food is excellent. We loved the steak sandwich at the bar, shrimp cocktail, and French onion soup. The “framboise tini” was also delicious. We recently celebrated my mom’s birthday here and the staff went out of their way to make her meal very special. We will definitely be back!

Very very good food. Great service. Tasty wine. They have so many gluten free options and even a dedicated gluten free menu with detailed notes on it !! Why don’t all restaurants do this!? Amazing and it was just great.

New restaurant in town, and it is French – i had to go and review it ! Globally, it is very good – service was here, present and discrete, good atmosphere and easy music (not blasting).
Interesting and good cocktails list – have a decent Wine list to start as well.
Food wise, it was good but No-go for the Cheese Fondue: there is no blue cheese (or gorgonzola) in a cheese fondue – this need to be reviewed. Filet mignon was not cooked at requested (over cooked). Beef bourguignon not as a traditional French one… there is room for improvement but getting there. Other plates and desserts were good !!
A little expensive… i can be my go-to for dinner if it was less expensive… we will go back for sure !

This is the best French food I’ve had on Long Island. The French onion soup, foie gras, escargot, and coq au vin were all delicious. I didn’t even know that I liked these dishes until I tried them here! The atmosphere is the perfect blend of chic and modern but still warm and inviting – due in no small part to the friendly, down-to-earth staff. It’s the perfect place for a classy but comfortable date night or for catching up with friends. Even with the restaurant mostly full, I was able to easily follow our table’s conversation – sometimes a challenge for me at louder places. They’ve done a great job with the acoustics. I would highly recommend!
