My wife got the General Tso’s chicken and I ordered the pepper steak with onions. Both were excellent. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and the whole place has a comfortable, welcoming feel. They even have a fish tank up front, which is a nice touch and gives you something relaxing to look at while you wait. Overall, great experience and great food. We have ordered here many times and have never been disappointed!

Sesame chicken tasted like chemicals. The crab ragoons are terrible. Tastes like old oil in the fryer. The chemical taste from the chicken was disgusting. This was my 3rd time trying china garden and each time unfortunately there was some red flags and gross items. We gave the chicken back to the lady at the register and she tried the sauce, made a funny face and then lied to us and said “it’s just the sauce” then offered a full refund and offered to replace the food. For this she gets another star on “Service”. However you wouldn’t offer a refund AND a brand new plate of food if it wasn’t bad. Not going back to this restaurant for a while.

Food was excellent. Fast and friendly service. The restaurant was quiet, clean and accessible to everyone. Even handicapped people can get in to the restaurant which is important to me. They are open late and the menu items are priced just right considering the huge portions. They were sensitive to my seafood allergy and assured me they used different pans/fryers for the fish. They even deliver. By far one of my favorite Chinese food restaurants in Endicott.

When I first tried this place about 3 years ago it was the best place I found in town. I am pretty picky about my Chinese food, chicken must be crispy it’s a texture thing those years everything was great then I went away for one summer I came back and everything was different chicken was consistently mushy and things didn’t seem as fresh as they once were.. management change? Still nice people either way just a little disappointed in the change.

I couldn’t love this place anymore if I tried. By far the best Chinese food I have had in the area, no contest! It’s made fresh every time, and the lady at the register is always happy to see us. Their pork fried rice is out of this world!! Their egg rolls are fried, crispy, flavor-packed perfection. There’s not a single thing on that menu I wouldn’t be willing to try, based on the quality of their work. My husband and I always have to stop and ask ourselves: when can we go back? I know we can get food there any time, but we have to have self-control. This place is absolutely the best!

I understand that English is a second language for some of the employees, but the lady running the counter last Sunday maybe should learn the words “you’re welcome”. I smiled and was very polite and said thank you after ordering. Nothing… No smile, no you’re welcome… Nothing. Very rude! The food was just okay.
