A great first experience. Service was fast; the cashier, although wasn’t the smiley type, was attentive and conversational. Our bagel w/ cream cheese and breakfast sandwich were both delicious. Next time I will ask the bagel be toasted a little longer. The floors, tables and drink counter were all clean. If I wasn’t just visiting the area this would become a regular place for me.

Whoever manages this establishment should seriously reconsider how they interact with customers. The man who appears to be in charge is consistently one of the most unpleasant and unwelcoming individuals I’ve encountered. He seems visibly irritated any time children are present, which is incredibly off-putting for a family-oriented business. Most of the staff aside from the two younger gentlemen are equally rude and clearly bothered when asked to repeat themselves or provide basic service. Frankly, it’s baffling how some of them are employed. The bagels are decent, but nothing special—there are plenty of better options in Bergen County (shoutout to Bagel Nosh). We only stop here out of convenience, but if it weren’t for that, I wouldn’t spend another dollar here.

Probably one of the worst delivery ordering experiences I’ve had. They gave us a bunch of their gross flagels instead of everything else we ordered, I think just to get rid of them. Ordered a bagel with lox and it was a soggy mess that was just thrown together on a flagel. Plus, every loos bagel we ordered was also just replaced with a bunch of these flagels. The food is gross, and I do not recommend this place at all, especially if you plan to order online.

Some of the best bagels in the area, unfortunately the employees are literally brain dead. This bagel store is very close to my job so I come here rather often. More often than not they will get my order wrong. Veggie cream often contains 3 slivers of vegetables. Today, and the reason that I’m writing this review I was the only customer in the store, I order “everything bagel with veggie cream cheese + an additional loose everything bagel” the man running the register understands me perfectly and rings me up as such, the female employee making the bagels asks me to repeat the order twice, and then gives me an everything bagel with plain cream cheese and an additional plain bagel, all while charging me the extra charge for veggie.
Some of the best tasting bagels in the area, unfortunately made by some of the worst employees as well.

Love it. Always get a #16- bagel, egg, cheese, Taylor ham. It’s so good, we come every Saturday and Sunday morning. The staff are so nice. The music is always good, great place for breakfast. Good amount of seating. The coffee is great too and not overpriced. Must try.

We sat in Goldbergs on a rainy day to get coffee and bagels. The atmosphere was cozy, the chairs were comfortable, and the food was delicious. The manager came over and asked if we were escaping the rain. We chatted and he was super friendly, and then as we were leaving he handed a us a bag of bagels to take home for free! What a great place with great service. Would 10/10 recommend
