This is one of the nicest chipotles I’ve ever been to!! The service was exceptional, and I never make reviews so it really just stood out. Everyone seems so happy that works there, asking how are you, making eye contact, asking how the food was. I’ve never experienced a chipotle like this before! And it was during the lunch rush! They even gave us an extra drink for our wait, and we only waited an extra two minutes for our food. It’s very clean and spacious, great experience!!

Super experience. My wife and I have not been to a Chipotle in years, but thought we’d try the new one in Port Angeles and it did not disappoint.
The manager‘s name is Kyle, who has been there both times we went, and has an amazing attitude. Very nice guy, attentive to everything that’s going on, and the food was terrific.
We highly recommend.

As far a fast food goes this place is probably as good as gets. Recently an employee named Nalani literally made me the perfect burrito! She was kind and took her time to make my burrito with care… I was honestly shocked with the service she provided to me on something as simple as making a burrito. If all other Chipotles taught there employees Nalani’s methods chipotle would become a 5 star restaraunt.

Fantastic first visit to the Port Angeles Chipotle
! The service was top-notch; the staff was super friendly and the manager was hands-on, even helping serve guests while managing other tasks. Everything was clean, the food was delicious and fresh, and the drinks were spot on. Great value for the price—highly recommend!

Ingredients seem fresher than some of the other burrito options close by. I’ve eaten here 3 times so far so they are doing an ok job. They run out of ingredients later in the day so could be better stocked. Last burrito I ate didn’t have a lot of chicken on it. What’s a chicken burrito without chicken???? Lunch is more consistent than the dinner crew.

He’s even more amazing…super friendly and clearly puts customers in a place they feel valued. I keep coming back. I wish every chipotle could have this kind of management.

The worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Such a shame given it is brand new. Poor selection, stale chips, food is often old or not available. We have tried it 3x and mediocre best describes the best meal we have ate here. A total waste of $35 was the worst. We literally threw it in the trash.

The Chipotle in Port Angeles deserves serious recognition for how hard-working, loyal, and dedicated their team is. I stopped by recently and not only was the food absolutely delicious (perfectly made burrito and burrito bowl), but the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service even under challenging circumstances.
They were operating cash-only at the time, which could have been stressful for any restaurant, but the team handled it with professionalism, patience, and kindness. Noune, Amanda, Colin, Johnathan, and Vanessa all deserve a shout-out—they were incredible! Each of them showed true dedication to their work, making sure every guest left satisfied despite the situation.
It’s rare to find a team this committed to both quality food and great customer service. Port Angeles is lucky to have this Chipotle crew, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Chipotle was our saving grace on this trip! After not having many options at all over by Forks/West coast- we were beyond stoked to find a Chipotle! We went at 6pm, were waiting in line for 15 minutes with only one family and 1 other person in front of us- I think that’s why they have so many 3 star reviews, there wasn’t really a reason for such a long wait.
