i don’t know how many times they have screwed up my order. i’ve tried ordering every way i can, even through pick up when they can just read my order but they don’t seem to understand that you can just not put cheese and dairy on a burrito….. i’m vegan so this is pretty much my only option for fast food in burnsville. so annoying

I only ever use the drive-through, but the staff is incredibly friendly. The app has been glitching/crashing a lot, and I placed a mobile order today where because I had to re-place the order so many times, I ended up forgetting to switch from meat to beans when the order finally went through. I called, not realizing the mistake was mine, and the staff said to come on back and they’d take care of me. When I got there, the manager pointed out that the order had actually been submitted for beef but they were giving me the free replacement anyway. That’s such excellent customer service I had to come share it here.

We just went through & ordered 2 Doritos locos tacos, two nacho fries, two soft shell tacos & an order of cinnamon twists. $28. We were told to drive around to the front bc they just started making the nacho fries, so we drive to the front & sit for 20 minutes. Finally they bring out the food & we get home to eat & everything is wrong!!! We got our nacho fries, but we did not get anything else we ordered. Got some kind of nasty burrito with sour cream & cheese on it & I don’t even know what the other thing was. I’ve called 4 times & still haven’t gotten an answer. This is not the first time this has happened here, & I’m sure it will not be the last. We will not be back!

Things have really changed from when they first opened in Burnsville. This week we decided to go back… and the food was great! The staff was so accommodating. We wil definitely be back!

Every time we have ate here, it’s been great. The service has been fast, and our order has been correct. The food has looked great. The tacos have been well made, there isn’t too much lettuce all over the place with meat and sauce dripping everywhere. It makes it nice to eat in the car without making a huge mess when they are well made like that. I have had nothing but good experiences with this place , and I’ve eaten there once. sometimes twice or more, a week. I’m glad there is finally a Taco Bell in Burnsville.
