Probably one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. The other bad reviews for this location are very accurate. We placed an online order and received very small and compact burritos, almost in the shape of a softball. When taking a bite, you’d get a mouthful of tortilla instead due to them being poorly wrapped. Ordered a side of adobo ranch, and it was only filled halfway. The guacamole had large chunks of red onion in it. When I had originally picked up the order, I noticed the chips were missing. When I asked for the rest of my order, I got attitude from one of the employees. To top it off, the chips were overcooked. Very pricey for such a poor experience.

The quality of food has gone down over time here. Portions are not the same as they were before and the food doesn’t taste fresh and good like before. Rice is hard and the other ingredients such as the salsa and sour cream are not added in sufficient quantities to make the meal succulent.
While Chipotle is a great restaurant, I think a bit more attention to quality of food by the local management in this place will go a long way in winning back its customers. They shouldn’ t hesitate to charge an additional dollar if necessary, and maintain high standards.

Ran out of rice, out of chicken…. Lack of management is obvious. No direction from leadership. Lots of chaos hurrying because of poor planning. Just my observation from a leadership position. Someone step in and support them young kids serving. Tommy boy looking dude seemed kinda clueless.

Chipotle your meat is never HOT. Every time I order food the meat is never hot barely even warm. If you want to give customers the best quality and experience you guys need to change how you keep the meat hot. When customers add on toppings to bowls it immediately gets cold. I went here and the meat was ugly and cold looking I asked do they have more the girl with an attitude looked around and said no, I left, NOPE. You will NOT get me sick. People have to normalize recognizing when food may put you at risk, or just mite not be worth your money.

My goodness this chipotle delivers. Solid portions and consistent flavors. Their chips may be a bit over cooked. But delicious meal overall. Even their employees are easy on the eyes. They just need more forks.

Atmosphere was awful, the floor was full of trash and food debris and the trashcan was overflowing. The men’s bathroom was also disgusting, food and it looked like beard clippings all over the sink, trash also overflowing in there with paper towels on the ground. The wall of the hall that leads to the bathroom is all dinged up and stained looking. Definitely not putting their best food forward at this location… Counted 7 employees behind the counter, mostly standing around and talking. No reason this restaurant should’ve looked like this. Food was just ok.

This location makes me never want to eat Chipotle again. They have peanut butter no jelly, ham no burger, kool aid no sugar. Come on, the rice be super hard beans as well never no veggies NEVER. It is in the same parking lot as Aldi. Go walk in buy some veggies mannnn. Cant forget they skimp you on your food. I have to say add more to many times. Man look it’s not yall food put it on the plate. Im paying for the food this is not a soup kitchen where you have ration the portions.

First time going here . I wasn’t impressed at all. Me and my family of four went to dinner here we order our food and I asked the manager can they clean the tables off and she replied we can’t leave the line. I told her we were dining in and she told me to wait. They didn’t have any forks to eat with, they took awhile to bring them. Poor preparation equals poor performance. I don’t think I would eat there again. There manager needs to check attitude before they come to work
