The disrespectful Indian lady has ruin my daughter’s experience with subway. my daughter had been talking about getting Subway all day and I was not feeling well so I took her to Subway and let her get out to place her order and when she got in there, there was no one in line. No one waiting only the Indian lady behind the counter. So as she explained to the lady What she wanted to order. The lady act like she couldn’t understand my daughter and then A man walk in after my daughter, and while my daughter was still trying to explain her order, the Indian lady took the man’s order as if my daughter wasn’t standing there. Then my daughter runs out of the store, crying saying that she act like she wasn’t even there. When We went back in the store together the lady act like it was my daughter fault that she didn’t get her order Taken. At this point, we are very angry and walk out the store. This was very disheartened to my daughter, and I had to explain to her that some people don’t have respect for others And you just have to ignore They ignorance. I will not support Subway anymore because of this face of the Indian lady who made my daughter feel like she was worthless and as a company I hope you guys know who you have working in your business because this is very unprofessional and provoking.

There seems to be a language barrier from the staff. I tried to question why they we’re not giving me double provolone with The Boss and they kept saying they could do it for an extra $2 when Subway clearly advertises on the board behind them that it’s double provolone for the price that’s included. I got tired of trying to argue with them and just paid and left. They really ripped me off. They don’t even know how to make the subs according to the recipe.

Today 08/22/22 I ordered a veggie pizza with 6 veggies and was charged 6 add pizza cheese which was $.75ea when on the app and website veggie pizza is just $5.50 up to 6 veggies didn’t get extra cheese, when I question the lady of Asian/Indian decent she said that on pizza other than cheese every veggie is charged which not posted. In total a 6 veggie topping personal pan cost $9.50/tax, it was the Subway in Theodore next to circle K (use to be the Purple Cow)

Ordered a Tuna salad and the rude lady told me they only serve protein bowls which cost more I told her I wanted a salad she told me to either get a protein bowl or leave, because I was hungry I ordered it but will NEVER step inside here again.

I do not understand why there is no meat on these sandwiches anymore. They used to be prepared on paper, all lined up and flopped on the sandwiches.
Now it’s paper thin meat a d 5 slices.

I keep coming back and keep getting pissed off for the price.

You can’t understand them.
They are always talking their language about each other while they are prepping your order. So between them asking you 20 times what you want and not understanding them and the jiberishe while ordering..no more for me. Prise and service and amount of meat is just not worth it even when you need lunch or dinner in an emergency, much like today.
Im over it.
No business from us anymore.

The employees of this subway location are fantastic. I come in regularly for lunch and they recognize my face and my order every time. I have seen them put up with horrible verbally abusive, racist, and hateful customers and every single time they handle it with grace. They are always friendly and i will continue to support this subway because of them. I hope their manager/boss sees this review and realizes how great their staff is.

Never have I ever been insulted as much as I did by the Indian lady. First she was on her phone via ear piece. Had to repeat everything 2 to 3 times. Second and most shocking when I laid my money on the counter she looked at me and told me to pick it up and put it in her hand. When. I expressed what? She told me is as disrespecting the food and her. Then she said she wasn’t an American slave. Racial slurs to me and about America. If you don’t appreciate America and endless opportunities then why are you here? I’ll never go back and will put that lady and that subway on blast every chance I get.

The owners seem more concerned with their personal profits, than customer service. Most of the stores have had so many cameras installed to watch the employees. These foreign owners care more about lining their pockets than making a decent sandwich! I try to avoid certain stores because the owners want the staff to use half portions instead of full portions for the sandwiches.
