I always have a great experience at this Chick-fil-A.
I just placed an online order through Popeyes and had a terrible experience.
They did not have the food I ordered and would not refund or substitute. Instead, they told me I shouldn’t have ordered through the app, and now I need to go online and beg for my money back.
Popeyes is closer to my home but I will never go there again. Instead, I will drive a little further to where people are nice, Chick-fil-A.

Never have complained about the food but got a take out order and not very happy. I put buffalo 2 sauce and 2 forks to put in the bag it says it on the receipt but they didn’t even put it in the bag. Called and let the manager know but all the manager could tell me is I can come back and get it and I told him I already am pretty far from there. “well we are sorry about that but next time we will have your back !” That’s just disappointing to hear and I’m not going to drive all the way back for some sauce and forks but now I got to eat my chicken nuggets while dreaming I could dip it in the sauce that I ordered. Could have offered a refund ya know? Since I didn’t get everything I asked for but okay now I’ll just eat this plain chicken when the sauce was the main reason I also get the chicken so I can dip it in the sauce. I guess I have to check before I leave next time because they didn’t have my back this time.

Never had a complaint here, always great service however today went through drive thru ordered and paid for Extra honey mustard sauce and didn’t get them. Had to go park go in and show receipt to get said sauce. So double check!

This location fed our marching band after a rained out competition. We came in unreasonably close to closing time, yet the employees had orders out promptly and with a positive attitude. I cannot thank them enough for feeding myself and my students! Management is lucky to have this team, especially the woman running the FOH, they are what all locations should strive to achieve.
