Ordered a pan pizza with extra sauce for delivery. Received a cold, very dry pizza with very little to no sauce in some areas and the crust definitely is not cooked fresh. Looks like pizza hut now serves pizzas on pre-made crust. Definitely won’t waste my money on pizza hut again.

I ordered a big New Yorker for pick up and thought it came with pepperoni, I wasn’t asked what topping I wanted over the phone, came home and it’s just a cheese pizza, I called back to inquire and the associate wasn’t trying to make it right. The last 2 experiences I had with pizza hut was terrible.

Update: took a chance and ordered again only to have the exact same problem with the pizza style being wrong. If you don’t know how to make the tavern style, then don’t offer it on the menu.

I got my food delivered and they forgot my drink for the second time (was refunded for the drink) but look at my food…. Over cooked fries. Pizza is basically just a crust pizza and forgotten extra Mariana 🙂

Add 20 minutes to whatever time they tell you to pick up your food because I’m pretty sure they don’t start cooking it until you pay at the register. I’ve given this place a few tries and every time I’ve waited a ridiculous amount of time. Keep in mind there’s nowhere to sit, so you stand there awkwardly while the workers act like it’s just another day at the office. There seems to be zero effort and zero cares given, and it shows.

Old but memorable experience: We came here after having a bad experience at the newer Pizza Hut closer by Target. Our experience was phenomenal! James, Christina, and Eric were extremely pleasant! They greeted us upon entering and made sure our experience was good after hearing that we left a different Pizza Hut to come to this one. They wore washed their hands, wore gloves, and hair nets! Our food was hot and very tasty! I should’ve recorded the cheese pull!

I come out my way craving pizza hut, and always leaves disappointed. I order the lunch bundle, again, my pizza only had cheese, no sausage, and only 1 of my wing dings were edible, the others were to hard to bite into, like they weren’t cooked all the way through. First of all when you go in, there’s nowhere even to sit down to wait for the time it takes for them to finish your order. the manager walked around in circles, while my pizza sat in the warmers as she acted like that she was confused as to where my order went. I called the order in at 901. They said it would take 10 minutes I got there at 9:30 and didn’t leave until 10 o’clock. Ridiculous

Pizza is my favorite food. The Big New Yorker from Pizza Hut was a Big Disappointment. The TV commercial is a false advertisement. They make it look as though the pizza is cheesy and full of pepperoni. Mine was just the opposite. It was dry and the pepperoni was scarce. Only good thing I can say is it was done in 15 min.
