This new food truck is an absolute gem! They’ve got one of the most unique menus I’ve seen , everything from juicy burgers and loaded tacos to flavorful Moroccan bastila (a must-try!). I tried the chicken and shrimp tacos, and they were packed with flavor and super fresh. The steak was perfectly cooked, and you can tell they really care about quality ingredients.
The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole vibe feels upbeat and full of good energy. It’s awesome to see a food truck mixing classic American favorites with international flair definitely something special.
