Marina brasserie serving mainly classic Italian pasta and main courses, with downstairs coffee shop.

Great find. Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Great location on the Marina. Freshly cooked authentic food. We opted for the specials (despite great options for set 2 course meals, at very reasonable prices). Both courses were generous and scrumptious.
We definitely recommend and will visit again soon.
Note. There are steps up to this restaurant

My son brought us here after his graduation. The location is amazing with a view over the Marina. Walking inside I thought maybe the decor could do with some freshing up, however a large collection of Limoncello bottles is perhaps all the interior design you need! We had turned up without a booking, but they fitted us in. The food was really good and also the atmosphere was excellent the staff were really friendly and it felt less like being in restaurant and more like being a guest at a family party. In hospitality with so much economic difficulty this kind of restaurant with really happy vibe is becoming increasingly rare. Keep up the great work.

A wonderful family run Italian restaurant. We had the 2 course set lunchtime menu for £17.50. A wonderful choice of dishes and all expertly prepared. They have a good selection of GF options.
Great service and we had a table by the window overlooking the marina.
We will definitely return to this gem again.

Having been recommended by Amy at Morgan’s Hotel we decided to try Gallinis Restaurant.
I’m not sure we would have found it otherwise as it is over the bridge just past the Pump House, but very glad we did.
The staff were attentive from the moment we came up the stairs, it had a good atmosphere and from most tables you can view the waterfront.
They had a set menu with a good number of choices or a specials board with again lots to choose from. I had the caprese salad and spaghetti & meatballs from the set menu and my partner had the mussels and the mixed grilled fish from the specials board…all the dishes were well presented and very tasty. We had cheesecake & the Tiramisu for desert, again very tasty. Finished off with a complementary Lemoncello.
A lovely evening, definitely recommend if you are in the area

They have a very good deals. 2 courses. Lunch £17.50 & Eve £23. The starter was Callimari which had no colour and was under cooked so chewy. To be fair the waiter exchanged for meatballs which were OK because of the sauce. I suspect both starts were frozen and were not great as many others also commented fro our group of 10. My main rump steak was good. Though the cheapest part of the meal the chips were few on the plate. Others had potatoes which with mains which were all tasty enough.
It is appreciated the set menus were competitively priced, but at the end of the the food has to be great these days for people to come back. Especially with social media. The staff were excellent as was the wine.

Paid a visit after a recommendation from a work colleague… must say that I was happy that I did go. Food options were good and a fair representation for vegetarians and vegans. Eating option included some meal-deal offers that could be available. Seating was pretty comfortable and the setting inside was good. Not sure how they fare in summer… i.e. whether they take advantage of the location set in the middle of the old docks area,.. a winter visit did not permit an outside meal!!. Access around the place was pretty decent and if I was required to find a negative then it would be the road access and distance to the city centre… a little bit of a potch by road.. down there, left here, right there and double back on yourself but there is a footbridge as a short cut if you leave the car closer to the town.. but then, having visited Swansea City centre a few weeks ago on a Friday night and seen vile and lewd behaviour there, I suspect the location in the docks and away from that would appeal greatly to many others. Pay them a visit.. you won’t be disappointed.

Nice lunch at Gallinis in Swansea Marina. Been a long time since I was last here but happy to say it’s still good. Good menu selection with usual classics and some local specials. Had the lunchtime offer of 2 courses for £15 which had a good choice. Kids meals available too. Generous portions and delicious food. Enjoyed it and will be back.

We rented out the bottom floor for our Christmas party at Gallinis, and the team was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process – very responsive, communicative, and always making sure we had everything we needed. Kurt is an absolute star, and I’d recommend working with him to anyone. His team was also very friendly and welcoming on the evening, making sure everything ran smoothly. A big shout-out to Olga and Baz as well. Thank you all for making our Christmas party a great one!

Found Gallinis by accident, we had driven past what turned out to be the back of the building. Entrance is from the marina side.
My friend and I arrived at 7pm and despite not booking we were shown to a table for 2 in the busy restaurant.
The menus were clearly priced and we both opted for the two course meal option from the menu. We were also presented with a specials board with plenty of choice. I chose meatballs as a starter and lasagne as a main both of which were superb washed down with Italian lager, so good I had 4 pints. We then decided to have dessert, a creme broulee which again was delicious.
Staff were friendly. cleanliness was spot on and the food excellent.
Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again if we’re ever in Swansea.
