Walked in around 11:30am to get a quick sub. Was not greeted. Two ladies working the sub bar by the drive thru… both with long hair (unsecured) and wearing sandals… Is this even safe? Finally, a guy approached and took my order. His shirt was so wrinkled it looked a size smaller than what he needed. They still had chairs up, rugs thrown in the corner, no drink supplies stocked, nothing. Also, it took a good ten minutes for my sub to be completed.

Opening hours are wrong, they close at 8:40 PM not at 9 PM. I drove by at 8:43 and they were already light off and mopping the floors. You should update this so that your patrona dont waste time driving there.

Be aware of the place is loaded with bugs mostly roaches they do not pull their machines out or clean under them the back door has a 2-inch Gap in it were bugs come inside and crawl on all of the food products I’ve personally seen roaches crawling on the sandwich line you are way better off eating at Publix or at home if you want a sandwich. Just letting you know as a common courtesy

employees rang up the wrong sandwich and when i explained the mistake, there was no apology. to even get someone’s attention took me going out my way. i was shrugged off and with a palpable amount of attitude told “well it’s gonna take at least ten minutes” by the woman with the bun. when they made the correct sandwich, it was thrown on the table by a male employee without a word. just rude and makes me never want to come back.

I had a disappointing experience at Jimmy John’s recently that I feel needs to be shared. I went in eager to take advantage of a deal I had seen advertised, but when I tried to redeem it, the staff informed me that they wouldn’t honor it because it was a “glitch” in their system.
This explanation left me feeling frustrated and confused, as I had planned my visit specifically around this promotion. It’s disappointing when a company doesn’t stand by its advertised deals, and this experience has made me question my loyalty to the brand. I hope Jimmy John’s can improve their communication and ensure that customers are able to enjoy the promotions they advertise.

I ordered online to be ready at 6pm…I was 10 min early the girl informed me that was a delay order to ready for 6 but they would get it ready (not in the most pleasant attitude) She almost threw it at me thru the drive through window. Nothing said. I know good help is hard to find but that one needs customer service classes

Josh is the freaking man. That guy is the definition of a perfect worker. Was the only person staffed when I stopped by around 7pm and was running back and forth to make sure I was “taken care of”. I come here often and this guy goes above and beyond every time. Dude feels like a brother if everyone cared about serving their customer like this guy does this world would be very very different. Guy deserves a raise.

The service at Jimmy Johns is excellent and the staff is very professional! The business is under new ownership THANK HEAVENS! The former owner was a complete idiot who didn’t know how to run a business. The new owner is VERY friendly and knowledgeable. Far more than that guy ever was. I’ll definitely be back with this new lady in charge!

Walk in to be ignored like I didn’t exist, I was the only customer there, someone drives up thru drive thru they take their order, still didn’t even knowledge I was there….well I came back to look at the other reviews and I see a picture of the same 3 employees that were there when I came thru, the one with braids in his hair was sitting down to eat after I walked out, but I’m seeing that this is a regular thing with this place,, I guess j should have read the reviews before I even attempted to go there..
