My first time coming to Honey Grove. I was so amazed by the freshness of the food. The professionalism how delicious the food was. The manager Maria went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to explain everything on the menu, even let me sample things before I got it. I will be coming back here all the time. Ordered food for pick up. Worker handed me my food. Went to my car and opened it only to realize that one of the two things I ordered was in the bag. Went back in and they gave me the rest of my food. Went home only to find that they didn’t put any sauce on my child’s noodles. Extremely frustrating and disappointed. Won’t be coming back for a good while. The store wasn’t even busy, really don’t understand why the experience went the way it did.

The service is impeccable — always warm, professional, and delivered with genuine smiles.
Neika truly stands out. She’s consistently welcoming, incredibly professional, and so sincerely thankful when handing off our food. It’s rare to see that level of care and positivity so consistently. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it makes the entire experience that much better.
The whole team embodies excellence in service. They move efficiently, treat customers with respect, and create an atmosphere that feels both upbeat and inviting. It’s not just about great food (which is always on point) — it’s the people who make this location special.
