Who opens a store without having any ice what so ever. Not to mention their bread was like it had been left out all night, and when we walked it with only 5 people someone said “oh my gosh” like it was like a lot of people. Disgraceful. Also the grease NEEDS to be switched out. Horrible experience, do better.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! My husband ordered a number 2 regular chicken with a roll, and I ordered the spicy chicken and a biscuit and they gave him spicy chicken instead of regular, we very kindly asked if we could get the regular because my husband cannot handle spice. The lady acted like it was the biggest deal ever to fix their mistake and even told us “well he said y’all had two spicy meals” she threw it in the trashcan with an attitude and then remade it and gave him a biscuit instead a roll like we had initially asked for. We didn’t say anything we just kept it since we already made them mad for making them do there job. On top of all of this, there ice machine is broke which they did not mention at all so we paid for drinks and when we asked if we could get ice from the back, the guy that took our order proceeds to tell us that every ice machine in the store is broken…. So the soda was very hot and we couldnt even drink it. Honestly I have been here many times and I always go through the drive thru, this was my first time going in and we were the only ones there, so it was not busy at all and it was 6:30pm but this made us both never want to come back.

This one is hard for me to rate. I really want to rate them higher but can’t seem to force myself to do it. The chicken is great, the breading is crunchy yet flavorless. It’s fine if you are using sauces but you can spend $70 on chicken and get two sauces. They really like to hoard their sauces. Rolls are soft and enjoyable. To me the gravy taste watered down. If it’s piping hot it makes a decent dipping sauce (since you won’t get enough anyhow), however the potatoes they go on are just bleh. I mean definitely not a 5 star experience anytime I go. Always feel a little disappointed afterwards.

Went in for and 8 piece chicken and an 8 piece wing and the staff was so ignorant that the gave us an 8 piece wing and called it an 8 piece chicken and didnt give the 8 piece chicken and when we tried to explain that they had messed the people were too ignorant to comprehend. Horrible service. Need smarter employees.
