Thank you Pizza hut!
Although, I did a takeout order,
You delivered! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pizza huts are usually efficient but this one has to be the worst in all areas; food, service and timing. First time I ordered online at the pizza hut website, my food never showed up. I called the store and the female cashier hung up the phone on me 5 times before putting the manager on. The manager then told me that the driver delivered the food. I have cameras around my entire house and no one came. They offered to send a new order, I declined delivery since I was already waiting a hour and a half and picked it up instead thinking everything was going to be OK, nope, they messed up the order. Anyways I took the food and left. Fast forward to today, 02/06/2026, I said I’ll give it another try. Ordered pizza at 5:14PM. It’s 7:00 pm at the time of this review and pizza is still not delivered. Called the store, they said pizza was given to the wrong driver and they will be making a new order. God knows how long thats going to take and the quality of the food.
Update: Pizza arrived at 7:17PM. Took 2hrs 3mins
Order pan crust and was given hand tossed. Asked for well done and pizza was under cooked as per pictures. Cheesy bread undercooked as well and not enough cheese.
Dude was unfriendly and didn’t feel like arguing over some pizza about the issue. Will never come back to this location and I suggest you don’t as well. I can see why this location as a low rating already. Grand opening, Grand closing!
This location is cursed. Last restaurant here, Chicken Tonight, was also pretty bad too.

So I hate to have to do this but I feel inclined to edit my review and update it accordingly. Last night my husband went in to pick up ONE LARGE STUFFED CRUST PIZZA. It was the day after the major snow storm so I’m not sure if they were trying to recoup after maybe losing business for a day or two, but the man at the counter tried charging $30 for one pizza. Now, if that was the price of the pizza then fine, but we’ve been ordering the same exact pizza once a week MAYBE once every other week since they’ve opened and it has NEVER been $30. Most of the time it’s around $20 which is why we continue to order it. It’s usually fair priced and delicious. My husband questioned the guy about the price and he adjusted something in the computer and it made it $25 but my husband still was trying to argue the point of why it’s a different price then last week when we ordered it. It feels scammy and it wasn’t the usual gentleman we deal with because we haven’t had a bad experience yet but, the price inconsistency and the fact that we have never paid $30 for one single pizza, anywhere, was a HUGE red flag. The fact that when questioned he lowered the price not once but TWICE just tells right there that he was trying to get one over and that’s not fair.
When I pointed it out, the employee insisted I was wrong and said, “This is how we do it here.” That doesn’t make sense, because other Pizza Hut locations clearly distinguish their pan pizza from hand-tossed crust. The pizza I received looked like a hand-tossed crust, not a pan pizza.
I even tried to show him what the pan pizza is supposed to look like, and he dismissed it, saying the photos weren’t real. At that point it was clear they had no interest in fixing the issue or acknowledging the mistake.
I’ll be reporting this location to corporate because the service and quality are far below what you expect from Pizza Hut. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
I walk in and 4 people already waiting. No one at the counter and the barren interior had the vibe of a seedy check cashing place. Empty void of a room, one counter. And a door with a number combination lock on it.
After a few minutes the employee appears and confirms with customer #1 that his order is coming up. Customer #2 says he is looking to order. Employee says okay, and goes to ask if Customer #3 is picking up. He asks customer #2 if he can skip for a moment to help #3 with their pick up order. Should probably just help people in order, but I understand.
It ended up being a not so quick thing because he ended up fumbling around with all the orders in the staging area. Checking on the computer screen for the order. And then checking again and finding it while confirming the guys name and phone number 3 times. I was already gritting my teeth.
Customer #3 pays and leaves. He leaves the counter to go prep order for Customer #1 and completes that order out, but not before peeking in the boxes to confirm what he ordered was what he was getting? Weirdly enough he did this with every order handed over the counter. I can only assume there has been a history of mixing up orders already. I sat down was just observing everything waiting my turn.
Another customer enters as employee goes to the back. Employee then takes the new person that entered before me. Fair enough I wasn’t standing in line. I wasn’t going to argue with the employee or appear to skip in front of the woman, but I did expect him to acknowledge I was there first and hadn’t been help.
Anyway, she is picking up as well, give a name. Fairly quickly finds her order (Keep in mind there are only like 3 orders in the “heater”) She says she had sodas on her order. With confidence the employee shows her the receipt, says there are no sodas. She could have sworn she ordered sodas, but said fine, I willing to add it to the order. She then goes to double check the receipt and then she shows employee the receipt and says, yes. Yes there are sodas. Now add the sodas to the order. He asks which sodas. She says the ones that I was supposed to get in the order and reads out each one. No apology, nothing for having her pay for these sodas and almost make her walk out with what she paid for. Yikes.
Finally its mine to turn bat. I give him my order name and he gets it out the “heater”. Now I am saying “heater” because it isn’t on. Its meant to keep the pizza warm between order completion and pickup and its not turned on. I noticed it as I waited so I was curious if it was even warm. And not to my surprise it wasn’t.
So the employee takes his peek at the pizza like he did for every order and I look at it and say; Is that a pan pizza? I ordered a pan. It looked hand tossed. And he quickly acknowledged as well it looked hand tossed. To his credit, he did offer to make a new pizza and give me the one already made but then he brings the pizza back to the pizza cook and she start screaming at him telling him that she used the pan on that order. Is the person making the pizzas the manager back there? The employee comes back and say, my mistake that is the pan pizza. Meanwhile she is still bellowing in the back from being confronted about her pan pizza. I am thinking what in the world is going on here. I look at him confused and reluctantly take the pizza which felt from the box is cold. As I walk out I tell him its cold and I leave.
So I get home, and spent time to reheat the pizza and yeah it really wasn’t a correct pan pizza. I think what happened was a pan was used but I think they used the same dough as a hand tossed because usually when you get pan it is thicker and crispier. Crust was pretty soft and the pizza felt kind of undercooked even after reheating. I provided a picture to show how it looked from a profile.
I was told they could “add more seasoning,” but by then the wings were no longer hot and had already been handled by multiple people. When I explained that, they offered to remake the order minus the two wings I had already eaten. Seriously? In the name of customer service, why wouldn’t the entire order be replaced?
After calling the manager, he agreed to remake the order — but the in-store employee then said she would not give me flats like my original order. At that point, I asked for a refund instead.
The refund was issued minus the tax, and when I asked about it, the employee told the manager, “Oh, she wants the tax back too.” Are you kidding me?
No apology for the inconvenience. No accountability. The fact that I had to come back out in freezing weather should have warranted at least basic courtesy.
This Pizza Hut hasn’t been at this location very long, but if they want to stay open, customer service needs serious improvement. Think twice before ordering from this location.
