While in Homer I dropped in and was very impressed with the food, friendliness and above all the service. It’s a small town diner with a limited menu, daily specials and a selection of burgers. But the food was tasty and served hot. The service was very attentive (she filled my tea 3 times and still offered me a lid on the way out) and delivered with a genuine smile. Lots of chatter between the tables as people ate. Just a really friendly atmosphere.

Friendly service and good food. The breakfast sausage was exceptionally good. You can tell this place is popular with the locals which is always a good sign. My only negative comment is the plate was Styrofoam which I really don’t like.

Authentic Home style is not always so easy to find these days, but Nannybells is definitely one of those places. You won’t find these prices or quality at every corner so if you’re looking for a great place then stop by & enjoy this little gem.

First time in a long time my wife and I had been here for breakfast and it was outstanding! The French toast was excellent and my wife said her eggs and biscuits and gravy were as well.
As far as Jonathan Chapman’s 1-star review below about only being open until 2 pm, it’s a breakfast and lunch restaurant. My wife has been coming here for 46 years (since she was 6 years old) under 4 or 5 different owners and it’s always been open until 2 pm or so and been extremely successful. Many of the owners retired, not quit. The last owner kept it open on I think Fridays for dinner and it was never busy because us local residents know Tiny Town as a breakfast and lunch place, not a breakfast, lunch, and dinner place. Plus the food wasn’t good. Shortly thereafter it closed briefly until the current owner took over. So Jonathan Chapman, shut up about things you know nothing about. Their business model IS a way to run a successful business, as evidenced by it being operated continuously for at least 46 years. If you see this, Mr. Chapman, remove your clueless review.

First time visit this morning with my son.
I knew we made the right choic when he leaned back and said. “ I am so full”. Thank you for the Omelette and the platter with biscuits and gravy. Hands down the best Country Down home breakfast you can find.

For the small town of Homer, GA this is local, well established go to for all locals and Interlopers like us. Family run as the mama hands down the reins to the kiddos. They took the time to make some new friends….us and gave us the feeling that was normal. Food was served hot and fresh made! Patty melt, cheeseburger, onion rings and drinks for two for $20.00….it is not a streamline shiny glitzy spot, it’s a warm cozy place to meet new friends, eat some good hot food. Can’t wait to stop by for breakfast on our way back through.

So happy this friendly restaurant opened! Restaurant was clean and followed CDC guidelines. Wait staff was awesome! Thank you Linda for making our visit so enjoyable!
I had the fried chicken special….it was so good! It came with one piece of delicious fried chicken, creamed corn, rice with white gravy, fried squash ( delicious!), a roll and dessert. Home cooking at its best!
We will definitely be back! Thank you Tiny Town Restaurant!

Server was friendly and took care of us. The decor is cute, farmhouse style. I had a taco salad that was the special of the day. Everything was fresh but the beef was bland with no seasoning at all. I was given salsa and sour cream. The thing I did like is the softshell tortillas filled with hoop cheese. I took home some key lime pie and it was ok. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre and not something that WOW’S me and makes me want to go back to try something else.
