Very good location . Right on route 9. .. like the whole complex. Lots of other restaurants nearby.. lots of parking outside . Wasn’t that crowded when I went . Service was ok and quick. I ordered through the digital kiosk and it was easy to order . Got ice cream with donut and they picked it in a plastic sandwich box pressing the whole scoop of ice cream down . When I opened the box , half ice cream was stuck in the plastic lid . Wish they had better packaging !
Donuts were good . About 3$ for a donut , cheaper than aKrispy Kreme and tim hortons , but the quality wasn’t as good as Tim Hortons ! The donuts were toooo sugary on the top. They almost had a thick layer of sugar and it gets stuck to the box if you pack it . It was a bit dry when I ate it at home .. donut ice cream was fantastic though. Ate it right then and it tasted like heaven. Was an average experience , especially the donuts being dry ! Wish it was soft .. 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a delightful treat! Donuts were still warm, freshly baked to perfection! They melted in your mouth, that’s how incredibly fresh they were. We waited about 5 minutes for the dozen to be made, and it was well worth it. The selection was truly amazing. The staff was very friendly as well!

Such a delicious stop to get some hot, fresh donuts. They have a good variety to choose from. Got a 6 pack of donuts and some donut holes. I will definitely be stopping in when I am back that way. I would recommend trying this if you are in the area

I had a great experience at this Duck Donuts location. The shop was extremely clean, organized, and welcoming. The donuts were fresh, warm, and delicious, exactly what you expect from Duck Donuts. What really stood out was Mac, who was the only person working and handled everything incredibly well. He took orders, made donuts, kept the place clean, and still provided friendly, professional service. Even while busy, nothing felt rushed and the quality never dropped. Huge respect for Mac’s work ethic and dedication. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location.

Brand new beautiful store! We’ve never been to a duck donuts before so this was a first but you definitely go for the experience. My kids loved watching them make their donuts right in front of them (literally make – the dough, fry them, and frost them all in front of you). The price point might feel a little high but you’re definitely going for more than a donut! There is a slight wait too, but everything is fresh so it is worth it! We loved all the donuts we tried! Service was also super friendly, and that really elevated our whole experience.

I have always enjoyed visiting this establishment until my recent experience on October 3rd at 2:45 PM with an employee named Maxwell. I entered the shop to order a coffee and a 10-count donut dipper, only to be informed that it would take too long for him to prepare and that he was unwilling to make it. When I inquired if the menu was displayed for customers to choose from freely, he responded that I would need to wait for a fresh item. I pointed out that he never asked if I was okay with waiting. His demeanor was quite rude and lacking in customer service. If this employee is unwilling to fulfill orders from the menu, he may not be suited for a role in a donut shop, where the primary responsibility is to serve customers and prepare the requested items. I would have been fine with waiting 20 minutes; my concern was his dismissive attitude, essentially discouraging me from placing my order due to the perceived inconvenience of preparation, as he claimed the machine had not yet been started.

Location/parking: Glenwood Green shopping center on Rt 9 in Old Bridge, NJ. Very easy to find and lots of parking.
Food: extremely sweet and soft. I ordered a peanut butter paradise and a coconut island bliss. All donuts have the same base dough, just with different toppings cooked to order. I don’t like the super soft and somewhat greasy donut and then the toppings didn’t help. I also suggest eating it asap since the icing/glaze will stick to the box and making it very hard and messy to pick up the donut when cooled. I guess being super generous didn’t workout.
Service: There’s one employee who walk out from the back after I’ve been inside for a few minutes. After ordering, it took about 5 minutes to have fresh donuts in my hands. I’m the only customer there at that time.
Price: almost $3 per donut
Overall: not for me.

Our first time at a Duck Donuts and I will say the staff was super friendly and helpful. I feel it was a little pricy, but the doughnuts are made fresh to order. Probably won’t get a breakfast sandwich again bc it was just a generic microwave egg and sausage. That all said we were still happy and will definitely go back.

Never been to Duck Donuts before but gotta say I’m impressed! The staff service was amazing and the donuts were freshly made. The variety was impressive My current fav is Blueberry Pancake definitely a must try.
