The staff and quality of drinks are amazing as usual, but my most recent time visiting showed me how poorly they treated their employees. The general manager, Angie has always been amazing, however I believe a hotel manager named Amy has started to come in and is a micro managing hectoring person. She comes in during slow times and will scold the employees for “not doing anything” and then when employees talk to customers (like they are supposed to do since it is good service) she interrupts and scolds them as well. She also gives customers a horrible look with her face and insists on taking up a whole long table for her “meetings” when there are people who come to that shop to work. To reiterate, Angie and the baristas are amazing, however Amy should find another job if she is that bored that she needs to micro-manage part time hourly employees. Typical managerial class in the United States that have useless jobs and try to find things to nag about.

Put in a mobile order 10 minutes before I got there. Waited another 20 minutes in line which put me 10 minites over my pickup time. Asked someone for a refund as I had an appointment and my order had still not even started. She said she couldn’t help me so I left. Terrible service, yes they were busy but anytime a customer had a question 4 of them would all stop what they were doing to answer.

This is a high end Starbucks open for breakfast at 6am ahd has all the latest drinks and sanwiches even the Cocoa Marshmallow Dream bars. The barista s all are friendly and efficient at producing the drinks quickly. There is a large indoor seating area and also tables and chairs outside on the south and West side patio facing Sante Fe Ave and Mulberry Street The Starbucks hours are now 6am to7pm. They do deliver on a 3 wheeled bicycle if are within 1 mile of store. This Starbucks shares the fanciest bathroom I’ve even seen with YaYa’s Bistro which is across the hall at Homewood Suites Salina

Walked in to 4 employees and not one said good morning. Finally ordered but instead of a vanilla sweet cream cold brew I got a cold brew with vanilla foam and when I questioned it the girl was very rude. Will never be back

I asked for one Americano with two ice cubes and had to explain four times. Very unwelcoming environment. I asked for one butter croissant and they reached for the one in the case. I had to say “no” four times. I then said a chocolate one instead not heated. One came out heated! I paid using the app on my phone. They tried to get me pay second time.

Have only had sandwiches. They are usually fresh and decent. The service has been mostly ok. Sometimes the girl at the counter seems annoyed if I ask any questions. However, they do get the orders out pretty quickly. I usually either drive through or go in and leave. It’s not a good atmosphere, but I am pure country.
