The Grand Scheme
This isn’t the original location but is better than any of the other “franchise” spots. They grind their beef fresh and steam it fresh.
They used to use marshalltown trowel products to chop and mix their beef back in the day. They are a true American establishment sourcing local and provide service to every patron like they were old friends. I’ve never been disappointed with my order big or small.
Two, extra wet, all the fixings with a butterscotch shake.
