Bartender was so ridiculously rude. I’ve never experienced service like this. We walked in and there was no bartender at the bar or in sight, after 8-10 minutes other patrons HAD TO CALL HER TO GET HER TO THE BAR, they pointed her to us and he had such a sour face and threw our card back to use after we left our tab open.
The next time we came up for a shot, I asked her for salt, she said yes we have some AND THEN PROCEEDED TO CONVERSE WITH A PATRON AND NOT GET THE SALT FOR A FEW MINUTES.
Later we came up for another round and she saw us standing but kept gossiping with the girl and the bar, took our spot order and then continued to sit on a machine and chat with other clients.
Worst service ever. With the men of our group she was great but with the women she had such a nasty attitude when I was being so nice with her.

The man (manager)whatever Dthe owner made it personal, he’s a jealous person and certainly not professional. I was asked to leave for no reason, a bully owner was working that day. YOU GO AWAY sorry you stayed!

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jen at City Slickers Bar in Folsom, and she completely blew me away with her service. Not only is she absolutely beautiful, but she went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience. Her drinks were on point. hands down some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely made me feel welcomed and taken care of. If you’re heading to City Slickers in Folsom , do yourself a favor and ask for Jen. You won’t regret it!

Owners blew up in our faces when one of the employees asked us to help him get something off of the shingles of the balcony. She was super mad that alcohol was outside because she could lose her liquor license, which is understandable. What was absolutely not okay was the owner screaming at all of us to get out of the building when all we were trying to do was help an employee out when he asked us for help. She was screaming her head off and very cruel. Not called for at all
