Let me preface this by saying I’ve never had an issue with this location before however the young lady working right now (1/18 4:35pm) made me repeat myself 4 different times. Never asked me what cheese I wanted and for some reason put shredded cheese on my sandwich while also making one of the sloppiest subs I’ve ever seen and upon asking for pickles she pick 6 pickles on my footlong. Not enough to even make a straight line all the way through the sandwich. To add insult to injury she didnt even cut my sandwich before she wrapped it. I used to work for subway. We were always taught that the customer in the store gets more attention than the mobile order (that’s just good customer service) so either company practice has changed or she needs more training and should not be working the store alone.

My daughter and I were looking forward to grabbing a sub after spending about three hours at a birthday party at Andretti’s. This location was the closest one, and Google showed it was open and closing at 10:00 PM. We arrived at 9:44 PM, but all the lights were already off. While in the car, I did notice someone inside the building.
We were disappointed and ended up leaving. It’s possible the Google hours were incorrect, but if not, I just wanted to make it known so the location can ensure closing times are accurate and consistent.

I go this Subway all the time, and am very happy with the service. From last few months, it seems like the service as well as Customer service had been worsening. I went to the store at 2033 hours to get food for my family. As there were other customers in there, I waited outside in my vehicle so I would not over crowd the location during COVID-19 situation. I was looking on my phone for menu while waiting and noticed that last of the customers came out by 2040 hours, I got out of my car to order some food and front door was locked. I went back in the car, found the phone number and called them, I saw one of the employee (male) went to where the phone is located, picked up the phone and hung it back on receiver. And not a second later I heard my phone disconnected. I called them multiple times and neither one of the employees picked up the phone. I finally left that Location and went to other location to get food for may family. I hope someone from Corporate does see this and take some action. No wonder why Subway sales are going down while other Sub places are busier.

Manager Adrian is rude! CHECK YOUR FOOD AND DO NOT DO ONLINE ORDERS. I picked up TWO FOOTLONGS and the bread was harder than AP Calculus. I usually check the bread but since my gf leaves notes on the order, we have no issues. My gf and I tried to suffer through but we just couldn’t. We brought them back to the store with recipes attached and Adrian said the bread got hard cause we waited. I have taken Subway to lunch for work and bread was the same as i bought it. It gets colder not harder!

Would not recommend. Does not allow use of rewards or allow you to input rewards. Go to different location if you plan to use rewards. Also doesn’t accept coupons
