The service was great but the bread was barely cooked. My sandwich had almost completely fallen apart by the time I got home and the bread was doughy. I’ve been here many times and usually the bread is okay, and there have been a few times it was a little thin, but nothing like this. I basically just bought a $12 pile of mush.

Excellent customer service!
AND!!!!…. they make your sandwich how a sandwich should be made. You don’t get a “taco sandwich”. They are perfectly constructed with meat on top of sauce on top of veggies.
Last time I went there, the guy making my sandwich suggested that I have the sauce between my meat and cheese and then have it toasted. It was a game changer!!

Careful. Get a receipt and when you see they added a tip in with the cost, make sure you tell them you did not authorize it and get your money back. Call their home office for deceptive practices, taking YOUR money that you did not give permission to, call the BBB, Channel 11, and whoever else to advertise this new slime ball practice. They aren’t the only ones. Make sure you always get a receipt and look at it real good before you leave. This has to stop.

The manager a Hispanic lady was very rude. I was looking at the menu and she wanted me to choose right away. This soon after a menu change. She called the person behind me to go in my place and then he too had to look at the menu. She was very rude. Customer experience was her least care. I now drive happily 7 miles to the other Subway. Cx service outweighs convenience on any day for me.

I ordered 3 foot long subs online for curbside pickup. The store was not busy but the wait was a little long. They apologized for the wait, which was nice. Got home and the bread was white bread instead of Italian Herb and Cheese as ordered. Called the store but no one answered so had to drive back to find out they only had white and wheat bread. I waited in the parking lot for a while for my order. Why would you not come out and let me know you could not make what I ordered before starting it? Then why would you bring it out and not say the order was not right?!? I guess when you look at the many bad reviews it makes sense. Poor management leads to poor business.

First time at this location. Will not go back to this location. The wrap was good. Well subway standard good. The reason for the one star was the attitude of the girls behind the counter. One girl was having a full on conversation about issues of scheduling. She wasn’t even worried about other orders behind her. The gal who served me a Ted as if I was a bother. She was so cold. One was taking proofed bread out totally understandable. It was just a cluster F to get my order. Then to be treated with a “whatever” attitude wasn’t great. So I will go out of my way to Jersey Mike’s. Should have gone there to begin with. At least they smile, acknowledge you, have a nice day etc.
