Leaving a review for this subway is hard because if you get the guy your experience is great but if you get the lady with the red short hair it will take way too long and she’ll only give you half the ingredients you should and it will all be on the edge of the sandwich. This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten a sandwich from get and they were all the same exact experience. This time I did a pickup and instead of helping me and the other man she painfully slow filled the ingredients not even acknowledging us. Then when I finally got my sandwhich 15 minutes later it wasnt cut, even though I asked for extra Mayonnaise I could barely tell there was any, and like always the disappointing amount of toppings were all precariously placed on the edge of the bread waiting to topple off.

When I walked in to this subway tonight (11/22/25 @ 5:10pm) I was immediately extremely impressed, Alex washed his hands right away and CORRECTLY (yes, there is a correct way to wash your hands, especially in food service). He was very polite and respectful and put perfect portions (not too light, not too much) on my sandwich, and double checked with me to make sure everything looked good. The other young man that cashed me out at the register was also very polite, didn’t catch his name though. 10/10 customer service experience. Sandwich was great as well!

Employees were welcoming. They made my sub fresh (while trying to upsell and save me money all at the same time). There was no wait and only took a total of less then 5 mins and I was on my way. Keep up the good work guys!

The place was clean & the food is always good. However, just after 2pm today, I’ve formed the opinion that they shouldn’t have just one person scheduled right at the end of lunch hour. The employee in the building had 6 people walk in just as she also received multiple online orders, and although she handled it like a champ and never stopped smiling and working her hardest, in my opinion it was unfair for her to handle that alone.

I Stopped going here. Seriously bad attitude from one of the workers and actually left without purchasing anything.
The franchise owner is limiting Everything to customers and the portions are shrinking. We all know subway upped their pricing as a whole, but the sandwiches are shrinking.

I order here frequently. It seems they always understaffed because there is a line sometimes. Or i am just unlucky and catching the rush. My last order the condiments were wrong (mustard on all the sandwiches , one was supposed to have buttermilk ranch only).
But overall a decent place to get a sandwich.

The staff was extremely rude and not friendly. I was trying to find an option for my daughter who cannot eat bread and they were very unhelpful and rude. I just wanted her to have meat and cheese and they told me they would not do that for me and offered no helpful solutions. After figuring something out on my own we sat down to eat and the baby high chair was sticky and very dirty. The floors were a mess and very dirty. I will not be going here again. Extremely disappointed in the staff and lack of cleanliness.
