I’ve tried this location twice and it’s horrible.
First time placed the order online and the portion was extremely small and the chips were stale and not salted. Today I decided to go in person just to give the location another chance only to find out that in both my salad and a bowl I ordered the meat was cold(out of the fridge cold) Also most of the food they had today looked like it had been seating there for a long time and once again got stale chips.

The rice taste like pure salt, I even crunched on some salt. When I told a worker he said ‘ok’ no one came to check on us or offer to replace our bowls. We gave up on Chipotle years ago but, this is a newer store so we decided to try it out and we were disappointed big time. I had to pick around the rice and eat what I could as you can see from the picture how much was left.

I recently stopped by this Chipotle to pick up lunch and had a pretty disappointing experience. While I was waiting, I watched the cook put a lot of salt on the chicken on the grill. I even asked the person serving me if it was salt being added, and he confirmed that it was. I didn’t think much of it at the time and went on my way.
Once I got home and started eating, the food was extremely salty—to the point where it was hard to finish. I don’t have any medical issues or high blood pressure, so this wasn’t a personal sensitivity issue. This just wasn’t normal.
I really think the cook at this location needs better training when it comes to seasoning, because that amount of salt should never be going on food. I can’t imagine I’m the only customer who’s had this issue here. Chipotle is usually consistent, but this visit definitely missed the mark.

Well, talk about an extraordinarily great restaurant I went in today at 1 PM, today meaning on a Sunday the place was packed. Every seat was taken. Luckily for me I was taking mine to go.
The food was hot and fresh, the staff was professional, and very courteous. And what a lot of food for the value
For those below that left negative comments, please realize that this place is only been open. What a week, I’d like to know what all you perfected and just a weeks time with them work out the little tweaks, and then do a better review.
BTW, as a traveler, who dies at a lot of restaurants, I never give a review off. I just won visit to a restaurant. This is my third time visiting since you’ve opened, yes, that’s the truth, and each time was superb.

My family and I have had a great experience on this location every time. We ordered on the app today and the bowls were so full, warm and fresh. The food was ready on time which was about 12 minutes after we ordered. No complaints about eating in either, the place is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

Had problems in the app with adding my free cheese queso. I ordered $25 of food and the app would not allow me to add the queso. It kept apologizing for the problem and said to scan in the store. The app order tracking didn’t work. When I arrived it said it was still processing the order and had not moved to processing order. All of a sudden it said the order was ready, even though the tracking bar was still at the beginning. I went inside to pick up my order and ask for the queso. I was told I needed to add it in the app before I paid. I explained I tried but the app had a glitch. He wasn’t interested and kept repeating I had to add it before paying. I walked out with my order and no queso. Poor customer service.

Stopped at 5:30 on a Friday evening. There was a line but it moved efficiently, and the one gal prepping was generous and friendly. Was nervous because of all the bad reviews, but was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. Used to stop at the west end store a lot before our commuting pattern changed and this new east side location matches what we had years ago. Will definitely return!

Quality is okay and decent, not great, portions but the biggest gripe I have about this place is that you walk in after 7pm (they are open until 11pm) and they are “out” of 3-4 different items. No fajita veggies or no more chicken or no more corn or no guacamole for the day . How does this happen so early in the night with 3 or 4 hours left until close? This has happened at least 3 times and the most recent time, there were empty food containers and out for the night (this being 7:50p)

I ordered a burrito bowl and what I received was so disrespectful. I got a baby portion and 3 pieces of lettuce. Who ever made this must of gotten a kick out of it. You can see the bottom of my bowl Not only will I never come here again I’ll never order delivery from chipotle.

I have to say, I’m a Chipotle lover — I’ve been to so many, and this is the only one I’ve ever seen THIS clean and pleasant. The atmosphere is amazing, and the vibe of the staff is just so good. The food was fresh and perfectly made! This is definitely my new favorite Chipotle spot
