absolutely amazing!!! easy 10/10… staff was very professional, friendly and polite, awesome ambient, food is on another level, i’ve never had such tasty pasta. definitely recommend tiramisu, it is delicious as well as focaccia bread. if i will come to prague again, i will definitely go ear here. also the line is big so you need to wait to get a table but it is definitely worth it.

We ordered the spinach pasta, tomato bruschetta and tagliatelle crème with smoked chicken. The spinach pasta was amazing easily the best dish and a must order. The food overall was delicious and the service was extremely friendly with a great attitude toward customers. We had a small issue with the chicken in one dish but the staff handled it perfectly and professionally which we really appreciated.
Keep in mind there may be a wait in line to get in but absolutely worth it. Highly recommended for both the vibe and the food.

We ordered three different pasta dishes with three different types of noodles, and honestly, every single one was delicious. Each texture brought out the sauce in its own way, which made the meal even more enjoyable.
We went around 5 PM for an early dinner and didn’t have to wait at all. By the time we finished and left around 6:30, there was already a long line outside, so we definitely felt lucky!

We visited Pasta Fresca in Prague for a late lunch as a couple. We didn’t have a reservation and had to wait for a table, but it was absolutely worth it.
The food was very good—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the portions were satisfying. Service was friendly, efficient, and well organized, even though the restaurant was busy.
The atmosphere was lively and authentic, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. We had a great time and would definitely recommend Pasta Fresca if you’re looking for good Italian food in Prague.

I swear this is the most delicious pasta I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. We ordered two portions of pasta and one soup. Everything was perfectly seasoned—so flavorful. The flavors exploded in my mouth, and I truly enjoyed every bite. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was pleasant and cozy. You can watch the food being made live. I simply had an amazing time. I always believe that good food in a good place always has a long line waiting outside.

We visited Pasta Fresca in Prague after seeing Mark Wiens’ recommendation, and it was absolutely worth it! We went without a reservation and waited around 30 minutes for a table, but every minute was worth it.
The service was warm and attentive from the start. We ordered the burrata with pepper panzanella and the beef tartar with smoked mayonnaise and fennel to start, followed by the tagliatelle with black truffle and butter for me, and the rigatoni with slices of beef, green pepper, tomatoes, and parmesan for my husband. Every single dish was delicious, perfectly prepared, and arrived without a long wait.
All the staff were extremely friendly and professional. At the end, when the bill was about to be processed without the service charge, we made sure to ask the waiter to include the 10% because they truly deserved it.
Overall, a 10/10 experience — excellent food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much that we definitely want to go back again before leaving Prague.

Pasta Fresca in Prague serves surprisingly good Italian food. My daughter, who’s recently been to a few cities in Italy, said the pasta we had in Pasta Fresca was even better than the ones she had in Italy! Interior decor is appealing and staff very friendly. No wonder there’s a pretty long queue of patrons even on the weekday night we’re there. Luckily, we made reservations a few days earlier.

Great staff, engaging, welcoming and attentive. Spaghetti was not served with a spoon, weird for an ‘authentic’ Italian. Seafood spaghetti had a generous number of fresh tasting prawns but only 2 mussels out of their shells. But food extremely fresh and tasty. Seating on first level was interesting, we sat next to eachother facing the wall, and it’s tight if there is more of you. Bread came complimentary. We didn’t book and as a party of 2 we got in quick, but if there’s a specific time you want and there’s more than 2 I would recommend booking as there was a constant queue on a Saturday night. Extensive wine selection but had to ask for the full wine menu and another server had to come over to discuss wines.

Visited this place last Saturday – despite it being peak hours the wait wasn’t long, even without a reservation. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
As for the food it was also great, the portions were big and worth the price. The pasta from the daily special menu was marvellous as well as the food from the regular menu. The tiramisu was out of this world and definitely worth getting. The music was also a great plus!

The restaurant itself is clean and well maintained, and during peak dining hours, making a reservation is recommended. Unfortunately, our overall dining experience was disappointing. We found a hair in our salad, and after requesting a replacement, there was yet another hair in the new dish, which was unacceptable. This greatly affected our appetite and confidence in the kitchen’s hygiene.
The pasta was average and did not stand out in terms of flavor. Service was polite but fairly ordinary, without anything particularly memorable. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, and we left feeling quite disappointed.
